You guys who want to regulate us to death crack me up. I am thinking it is the folks who feel we need laws to protect us from ourselves need to be taught personal responsibility.

This seems to imply that everyone is guilty and need to be pulled over to make sure they are not, also that traffic laws are a good way to be able to do that. I thought the idea of traffic regulation was for our "safety" while traveling. Not to catch people for other violations.

If any of those people affect someone else's property, that is the point where there is a crime with a victim. There used to be a saying that "my rights end where your nose begins". Nanny state alert.... Why should we stop with just helmets and seatbelts? Why shouldn't we require everyone to carry a $10,000,000 bond *IN CASE* something happens that causes then to need medical care you can't afford. Your gun could negligent discharge and kill someone, how about we all have to carry a bond in case it does? Perhaps, we should require anyone who leaves the house without a suit of bubble wrap and a Federally approved helmet, to carry a bond as well.

The treatment would not since most well configured rain water collection systems only need to treat for biotics. You want food grade or potable if you are doing anything except watering non-edibles and don't care if the contaminants spread to other areas. btw, I have used http://www.tank-depot.com and they were quick and easy. Not for rain water collection, but for large tanks.

That's a very cool ice chest. It makes me want a real one. Not that crap they have been selling as coke for the last 20 years. If you can ever find the kosher coke in the stores it is the old recipe with sugar and tastes way better.

Not exactly Knoxville, but Benton Shooters does it. If you could find a local place they shouldn't charge much if anything if you buy something while you are there. It doesn't take long.
