The gearing is essential with the 3.8. The 3.8 has the power at the top, while the 4.0 had it at the bottom. I've found that as long as I put my foot into it when I need to, it performs as well as the 3 jeeps I've owned w/ 4.0s. Granted, it won't spin the tires like the 4.0 would, but who needs that in a jeep?

I sold my 2008 rubi only to look around for a month and go buy a 2011 rubi... Nothing compares to a jeep.

Wow, that has dropped since Jan-Feb this year. The 10gb plan was not even advertised and was only available by asking a rep on the phone. Guess it may be time to upgrade my plan.

Last time I checked, the 10gb plan was more than buying two 5 gb plans. Verizon 3g gives me faster than DSL speeds here, but the local market is not saturated. Occasionally, it slows down during peek usage, but I would guess at the bottleneck being the backbone to the tower, not the tower to the device.
