I am not playing semantics. Is the Constitution merely a semantical game? That is the same argument that anti-gunners use. The Founding Fathers had no idea that we would have auto or semi-auto weapons. The only thing they could envision were muzzle loaders.

The war on terrorism is a war on a noun which has no defined victory, enemy or end. The Constitution is very specific on Treason and waging wars.

You are allowed to think as you wish. My priorities are to my posterity and to respect what my ancestors fought and died for. Are we at war with Yemen?

Why would we question a politician that actually stands up for the Constitutional and our G-d given rights? We should support them. They are few and far between.

Why is that the only option? We have the most elite forces in the world. If they know where he was, they could have extracted him like the myriad of other renditions.

Dr. Paul beats the drum every time the Constitution is under attack. Most folks choose not to listen to him because the media tells folks to disregard him.

Incorrect. There is nothing wrong with punishing US Citizens as long as due process is followed. REGARDLESS of the political affiliation of the administration.

As Citizens of the United States it is our duty to uphold the Constitution. The Constitution is a very simple document and is very easy to read and understand. This was purposeful. Obama and Eric Holder are both lawyers. I trust both of them about as far as I can throw them.

Since when is standing for the Constitution paranoia? The Constitution has no provision for renouncing Citizenship. Not standing up for it means accepting infringements. At that point the document is as good as toilet paper. There will be plenty of folks who will "feel" it is justified upon the next infringement.

Nowhere did I imply voting on anything. I have no fear of terrorism as The Lord has fixed the time of my death. Folks who are ready to throw out the Constitution for secret evidence, on the other hand, it would appear otherwise.

Citizenship does matter. If it was justified, there should be no problem satisfying the requirements as specified in the Constitution. Why is the underwear bomber on trial? When did we declare war on Yemen?

So was the ability to kill citizens without due process. How is that working out?

They don't shred the constitution in one fell swoop. It will be a death by a thousand cuts. If the action was justified, there should be appropriate evidence and any support otherwise is an affront to the Constitution and everything our ancestors lived, fought and died for. Fear drives our country now and it's getting the better of folks. Reminds me of a quote "Keep the skeer on'em". Logic goes out the window when we succumb to fear .

My trust is in the Constitution. There is no reason for me to trust Obama, Eric Holder, Hillary Clinton and the rest of their ilk.

The constitution calls for 2 witnesses to an overt act or an open admission in court. My understanding is that a video from an unnamed source is not a witness. With the way the government conducted the Fast and Furious fiasco and Gunwalker, I would not put it past them to doctor a video. The same Constitution that Americans created, those folks who risked life and limb to end the tyranny of the King. The same one the South seceded over because the North was infringing on. The same one our grand fathers and fathers fought for. It's a shame that foks are so scared of a guy that they are ready to throw out the Constitution. The battlefield may have changed, but the Constitution only changes through amendments. If Americans want the government to be able to kill citizens without due process, then perhaps y'all should write your Congressmen. Until the requirements for Treason, as defined in the Constitution are satisfied, this is an impeachable offense. Regardless of how people "feel".

He was a US citizen. Without satisfaction of the requirements per the Constitution this was an impeachable offense. What is written into law does not circumvent the Constitution. If it did, we would not have guns right now. What we think or feel does not matter. Proof beyond a shadow of the doubt is what does.
