  1. So let's here the apology for the bus stations.
  2. You are correct and there is somewhat of a misconception. The bill is doing away with cash and carry, anonymous transactions of a wide variety of second hand items. It also classifies anyone who performs more than one transaction a month as a dealer.
  3. If our government were really concerned about terrorism, would they allow this? No they would not. Think about it for a minute. The same folks who say we need to worry about terrorism day in and day out, say it's ok for trucks from a country run by drug cartels to freely move about our country? Come on folks, it's time to start doing some simple math here. If an attack happens from this, it is because they want it.
  4. Yes, I've been watching this and it should cause everyone concern. The revenuers are clamping down to ensure that our "civil servants" are able to collect pay checks. With the economic issues finally causing governments to really feel the pinch in tax revenue, they will pursue any means possible to keep eating at our expense. Every time I've heard mention of a flat tax, my thought has been that laws like this would become commonplace in order to make sure everyone didn't move to the second hand / black market. I had not really considered that it would start from the state level, unless it was solely directed at precious metals, which are mentioned in the text of the bill. The bill classifies anyone who performs more than one secondhand transaction per month as a second hand dealer. Surely, the next step will be to require licensing and perhaps even impose fines for not acquiring "permission" (a license) to do so.
  5. I agree with most everything you say. Just need to clear one thing up. We do not have "Constitutional Rights". We have rights endowed by our Creator (God given rights). The Constitution defines the government's rights/restrictions and how it is to function.
  6. Thank you! I have not flown since the first time I had to take my shoes off and watch everyone be dehumanized, tossing "dangerous" liquids into the trash right there next to everyone line. It was such apparent and utter BS that I swore at that point, come hell or high water, I was not getting on another plane until everyone came to their senses. It still hasn't happened and I have turned down lots of job $$$ protesting what I feel is wrong, watching everyone else herded like sheep. When I was a little kid, I was afraid of the dark; then I grew up. WTF is wrong with everyone that they are so scared that they have given up our country? My fellow Americans have bowed down to whoever committed 9/11, given up our freedom and act like scared women. This really has me riled up as now they are going to force me to stay off federal roads in order to avoid the stupidity. The only terrorists I have to deal with work for the .gov. Die with yer freakin boots on people and pitch the apologetic high heels.
  7. Speaking for myself; Yes I would care. The culture of fear in our society and the acceptance by the citizens is of greater concern to me than who does it.
  8. My question... Are they trying to turn everyday citizens into terrorists? Like TMF 18B says, they have to justify the $100s of billions spent in the name of security, so why not piss everyone off enough to make terrorists here? Who here is OK with having routine trips delayed by this and having their kids and wives fondled on the side of the road?
  9. They want us to remember... Timothy Mcveigh was caught because of an expired tag. So I reckon that justifies searching everyone without an expired tag that they want. How about mandatory logic testing of authorities?
  10. The only thing they mention is finding a loose barrel in a truck that needed to be secured. whew, I feel better now... That barrel cost us tax payers a lot of money.
  11. Then why not just do door to door searches every day/week/month? Locals can search every day. Assign one guy to every 50 houses. Then every week, the state can do a check. Then every month, the fed can do one.
  12. No worries. This should be in every category. But then again, the TV tells everyone to be very scared, so most folks will accept it.
  13. It's ridiculous is what it is... Thank you for bringing this up as it can not be mentioned enough. http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/general-off-topic/63815-vere-zee-papers-tsa-hits-roads-tn.html

  15. Our country has been reduced to a bunch of skert, TeeVee zombies The FBI, CIA and other alphabet soup agencies are so deficient that our security is now dependent on random checks in hopes of catching something? This is even though they now monitor every bit of communication in real time? Please. It's straight up control of the citizens and everyone is taking it lying down because they are scared of the boogeyman. Why are the people who support these actions not scared of driving considering over 400k people have died in auto accidents since 911? I'll tell you why, it's the TV "programming".

  17. Most folks forget we have a Constitution.
  18. The media tries to make him out as not marketable. The sneer at him, laugh at him and call him names. Go to the federal record and check out how he has voted. Consistently and unwaveringly.
  19. You are correct. Perception, is reality.
  20. We need folks who are supporter of the Constitution of the United States of America. I've learned the hard way that a politician being Republican is neither here nor there.
  21. That is why a Declaration of War is needed. To quell the confusion. Our Founding Fathers were men ahead of their time and understood exactly where it would end up. Tyranny. They fought for for thier POSTERITY. That would be us. Calling the Constitution of the United States of America a COTUS is disrespectful to boot. There is nothing new under the sun. The only new history is that which you have not learned.
  22. Incorrect. Folks who feel this way really should read and work to understand the entire Constitution of the United States.
  23. This would make me feel better if it read "legislation" in lieu of "onerous legislation".
