I am pretty sure that I have spotted drones on two separate occasions in Polk county. Once near the Chillhowee glider port on 411 and once over a night football game at the PCHS. Both times I had passengers who also saw them. The only strange thing was they were able to change direction very quickly and also hover for a short period of time. Also for how close they were, they were very quite. Both times, they moved out very quickly once I pulled the vehicle off the road and started watching.

No doubt you use the correct equipment and I could understand him blowing a gasket had I posted a pic of a flatwater boat, but com on. I aint a mom. If a person is foolish enough to follow a jeep with a Cadillac, they get what they get. That said, I know folks who have taken grumans down class IVs. Even SUPs!

The General John C. Vaughn Camp 2089, Sons of Confederate Veterans is having The Battle for the Rails this Saturday and Sunday in Sweetwater. It starts at 9:30am with the first skirmish at 9:45. Free parking. Admission is $3, ages 12 and up. There will be period weapons displays and cannon demonstrations. There will be units from the Union 8th and the Confederate 29th Tennessee, Cobb's Battery, the 14th Tennessee, as well as others. The Ladies of the Jefferson Davis Chapter No 900, United Daughters of the Confederacy will be there demonstrating cooking, candle making and sewing.
