All manner of roles in financial services, started in '88 All kinds of consumer lending, 20 years in indirect auto. Processing, collections, risk management, sales; basically soup to nuts. Currently lead the business development department for a multi billion dollar organization in the mortgage and title insurance arena. A few tangents along the way: restaurant and catering, residential and commercial moving, residential and commercial flooring installation with wholesale flooring supply.

Thank you for your service!

Not sure how I missed this one, y'all are a pretty funny bunch!

I've been seeing the adverts and may have my son's HBO credentials. I'm old enough to remember the original release, don't think it's a horrible adaptation and enjoy seeing blockbuster actors earlier in their careers.

From the internet, they seem to be a good tire with a cool tread pattern. But it's the internet, any TGO'ers have real experience? Also considering the Pirelli Scorpion AS3, they're $60 less per unit and the internet says they're good too. Looking for 1. quiet 2. more wet capable than snow 3. tread life I drive 3200-3500 miles per month, 80% interstate, 18% city, 2% off pavement

Thanks for the pics! -
Always been an annual payer, stopped a while back due to the alleged fancy suits and trips overseas. Have a renewal sitting on my desk right now. I know I need a lobbyist and willing to pay for one, but I am having trouble sending them any of my money

Thank you for your prayers and positive thoughts, they are powerful. There is no magic pill given for strokes, healing is through patient participation, the brain creating new neural pathways and the grace and mercy of God. We have been home for a little over a month and she is doing well, mobile with walker and limited wheelchair. In home therapy, probably out patient week after next. I've been living Acts 4:30 Father, stretch forth your hand to heal and to perform signs and wonders in the name of your holy servant Jesus. It's a coincidence or a miracle, I know which one I choose.

Here's some good ol' right wing, non CDC - NIH - State Science Institute propaganda. https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2021/09/guardians-covid-crib-sheet-presents-facts/ Also read where the VAERS reporting is perhaps not up to date. Considering I have two family members with odd medical conditions coincidentally tied to supposed vax side effects, should I be ok with, "some folks just have bad reactions?" It's for the public good, but who gets to define the public and what is good?

Are some of the auto plants still shut down because of chip shortages?

Driving by on the interstate, they look out of business and could hold sporting events in that giant parking lot -
Home to start rehab. Has interest in a dog, but not a priority right now. Just doing the back work if we go that direction.

Thanks @xsubsailor Regarding her mobility, she anticipates smear full recover from the stroke. She's mobile enough now for the in/out, feeding / watering. Security in terms of a dog being a deterrent vs. a true protection unit. And my out of town, as a rule, is typically a single night at a time. Plus, we had a dog for almost 17 years and have been dogless for about 18 months.

This is what I'm looking for, based on her hospital therapy this far, perceive low need for a walker or cane. Thanks all for the feedback!

$2800 for 2 weeks of boarded, service dog training. Does this sound reasonable?
-
Along with @chances R , "target for a gun grab," makes OC less than optimal.
-
Same here.
-
My thought was training with boarding and yes, affinity for dogs.

Welcome to TN, great place to live as long as we don't vote in the same stupid, expensive policies from which you (and many others) have escaped / are escaping from.

With my wife's recent stroke, I've been mulling over a GSD as a service / companion dog. Primary job would be for momentary balance / stability (she is almost off a walker without therapy) Plus safety / security for when I'm at work / out of town. Added bonus of a non judgemental companion offering unconditional love. I have a line on a 3 y/o female with excellent "bedside manner" meaning she already walks off leash and very social out in the world. Off leash K9 training in Knoxville was the first google hit. Wide open to any advice, opinions and suggestions. Thanks!!!

Christmas Vacation type of holiday?
