You should be able to set up a Roth for your son through your bank or maybe credit union.

That appears to be an awesome deal for an American - made 1911.

Saw this round at GM at a pretty fair price point but I can't seem to find any reliable performance info. My concern is UMC put out a 147gr JHP a few years back and that round performed like a FMJ as opposed to "modern" 147 Don't know if this re-packaged "old technology" Opinions needed!

MK9 owner here, if you don't mind the extra weight, it's a dream to shoot and carry. I like the Kahr trigger, very smooth.

I'm pretty much an under-the-radar kind of guy. I like to think in the event of civil un-rest, natural disaster, zombie outbreak or good old fashioned revolution, should there be a need for the "militia" to be called up, citizen soldiers as it were, that I would be an asset and welcome addition to help protect me and mine as well as those who could not serve or protect themselves.

I'll give a nod to NPR on this one, reported a few weeks back that the now King-elect (?) is over 80 and has had multiple strokes and yes, people in multiple governments are watching closely or playing golf. No worries here, we already have an uncomfortably close official relationship with the Muslim Brotherhood. :tinfoil:

anyone have first hand experience?

No, but impressive looking performance. Based on the type of testing, I wonder if it is made in part from some kind of advanced polymer. Do they list weight to compare to a traditional handguard? -

You could arm them with airsoft weapons, now I'm thinking of those cool sentinel robots from RobotCop -
I pray God is glorified through the skill of your doctors and showers you with his grace mercy and peace!

Why aren't the 900,000,000 peace loving muslims taking action or speaking out against the 100,000,000 extremists? It such a small percentage at 10%.

CV: what's the most challengingyhing about running this business? BW: I enjoy it so its not really any challenge its just fun. Of course there are all the regulations that waste time-the bureaucratic and stupid stuff. We fill out a lot of forms so some bureaucrat has a job.

Shopper tackles man with gun at Wal-Mart

Except Superman has a liitle more respect for his elders; this 43 year old vigilante tackled a 62 year old from behind and then applied a choke hold. -
Was in my Chapman Highway WM buying targets and see a small can of 9mm. Figure it'll shoot just fine through my Cold War masterpiece called the CZ 75B 100 rounds, $23.97 A little dirty, but not one malfunction of any kind. The plastic can is even re-usable...see we gun nutz is environmentally conscious folk.

Went last weekend, 20 - 25 minute ride from the house, so pretty convenient. Straight-forward new shooter sign up docs and rules. Once on the range, the SO came up and introduced himself and gave us a brief synopsis of the range procedures. After we set up in our lanes, the SO re-visited and asked to see how we gripped our handguns. Odd, but OK, not an unreasonable rule or request... He then explained "why" They had a new shooter who gripped their semi-automatic pistol waaaay too high and chewed up their hand pretty well. They just want to be pro-active, especially since they rent handguns and have some level of liability. Good, common-sense safety check. The SO was personable and left me the feeling, "just follow the safety rules and unless you have a malfunction, you'll never know I'm here." The range is well lit and setting the target range is automatic once you input the yardage (3 - 25) on a keypad. Since the targets ride on a steel track, once they get to distance, they don't bounce up and down as compared to the steel cable system. Cost is $20/hour and they furnish one B-27 target. On the sales floor, they have a wide variety of targets at standard big box prices. Extensive assortment of guns for rent --- EVEN A CZ-97B, saw it with mine own eyes - I know someone here has been hunting one - if they got one for rent, they may be able to get one to buy. I think the rental fee is $15. I didn't price ammo. The handguns/long guns I spot checked seemed fairly price competitive for a brick and mortar. So would GottheGoods go back...Yes, a little pricier per hour, but the lighting, ventilation, non-bounce target system, reasonably convenient location, can probably get ammo cheaper at the Knife Works, they do have used guns (never know what kind of peach you might find), excellent customer service received from staff I have interacted with.

The religion of peace at work in Libya.....
A.J. Holst replied to Grand Torino's topic in General Chat
Security agencies around the world agree, it's a small percentage who are radicals, 5%-10% of the whole...only 50-100 million who wish to end all non orthodox Muslim lifestyles. -
Another epic fail by the Obama administration,

I was being a little facetious, my unsolicited opinion is the amount of time and resources lost by all parties is a tragic waste and trying to legislate how a law abiding citizen uses a product is ludicrous. CZ has a great video where the reviewer gives high marks for use of the brace in various positions.

If you're planning a field trip to way west knoxville, give gander mountain a try.

What about an illegal sig brace as opposed to SBR'ing it.
