  1. I used to participate, but a few too many type A kool-aid drinkers for me
  2. I also like the N82 Tactical (have one for my 75B and P01) I would opine that most holsters with a full sweat shield or low-ride design add the challenge of getting a proper grip (without practice) For a low cost option, I also use High Noon's light duty line. Specifically the Upper Cut for my P01 - higher riding so I get a very positive grip and the Hidden Ally for my MK9 and 2" SP101. The Hidden Ally is tuckable which I didn't like; gjohnsoniv modified it to a non tuckable setup for me
  3. Breaks interstate park? Grand Canyon of the south.
  4. Which ankle holster?
  5. I will pocket carry my MK9 or 2" SP101 in a Desantis Nemesis depending upon the cut/shape of my pants pocket.
  6. Everybody up to date with .NET version 4.5.2? Microsoft is ending support for .NET version 4.0 today. Ask Vontar what that means...I dont have a clue but our IT department sent out notices to our clients...
  7. Cracking grout joints are a indicator of improper substrate prep or failure to observe perimeter joints...where is it cracking? Is it installed on slab or over plywood? Grout sealer will NOT fix it. A complete demo and reinstall with proper prep is typically 3-4 times the original cost
  8. Try Allegiant
  9. Makes two of us. They are entertainers. They have a skill I do not have but without them, I don't think life as we know it would end. Got money and the public eye so your opinion or view has merit?
  10. Anybody else from TGO going? My cell is 865-919-3909 I know not the condition of the range other than hot and dusty...sorry for the lack of recon, but just signed a new client and have been burning up the road. Bring lunch - nothing really close, camp chair, plenty of water, for the ladies, indoor facilities are available.
  11. I think Harvey markets it as the, "save your marriage payment plan." Any guesses to the greater availability and good price point?
  12. Gun or no gun, average food vs. good food at the same price point is an easy decision for me.
  13. How do you open carry in Michigan in winter? Don't wear a coat? Strap it on over your coat? Only carry in warm weather? If he was trying to illegally conceal, chances are the officer would have never known he had a firearm.
  14. In case someone is looking, Harvey's Pawn has some in stock at $519. 1:9 x 16", 223/556, optics ready, forward assist, dust cover. I'm tempted - looks like a very competitive price point for a deent AR...10% down and 10 montly layaway payments...
  15. Grew up in Orlando, hit new Smyrna or Daytona every weekend I wasn't working. Moved to Knoxville in '94. Florida is a great place to visit, but Tennessee is home!
  16. Congrats, it's nice to know "one of the good guys" is watching over the stewardship of our public lands.
  17. "Pickup full of weapons" And they found three... Make enough laws, guv'mint easily creates criminals
  18.   If you have a 401K or IRA invested in the market, I'll bet you want the corps your fund invests in to be as profitable as possible...greed?   Shareholders want the corp be as profitable as possible...greed?   Executives are rewarded for increasing / maintain profit profits margins or they have no job...is their motivation greed?   Reminds me of the outrage against Exxon-Mobil for earning zillions in gross profit, more profit than any other corp in the history of the world...net was about an 8% margin...that's $.08 on every $1.00 earned...guv'mint makes more on a gallon of gas in tax than the producer or retailer.   Greed is interesting when it's someone else's money
  19. I like the official Pinellas Counyy Nuisance Inspector's dress code and uniform
  20. And the students get to play the role of the "good people you may have to shoot past?"
  21. Very aware, folks are from Brooklyn and Queens, still have family living in NYC.
  22. Because they don't care...it's all about getting more people on the guv'mint teat...
  23. Saw the same article.
  24. As a scan the news from California, I can't definitively discern which wage paying entities and worker classifications are included or excluded under the plan. Here's the game as I see it. They are trying to redefine and increase the poverty line to the much palatable and tug on your heart strings, alms to the less fortunate "living wage" using a new baseline of $31,200 for "subsides" 40 hours x $15 × 52 weeks = the MINIMUM living wage of $31,200 They know those workers currently do not get 40 hours and this will not entice business to offer 40 hours. Business can either reduce staff and further sacrifice service or suck it up, pass along the cost or operate for very little reward vs. risk (for the small business owner) Guv'mint get to hands out more stuff to the mob to make up the difference between wages earned vs. the minimum living wage. National production goes down as workers don't have to produce as much because they have less need and they're making the same money more folks become dependent upon guv'mint and like the lifestyle and production goes down some more Value for value has long since been dead. All of a sudden there is no one left to pay for all that stuff...read history if you want to know what follows, but hey, it will NEVER happen to the good old USA! Tin foil hat brigade, front and center.
