I have been playing top shot for the past few days...it's super addicting!!

I keep some guns loaded but in the event of a zombie apocolypse I will have every gun loaded that I can get my hands on..hence the statement of "loading the guns"...so rest assured guys I am always loaded and have one within arms reach at all times!!

There's Tac 2 in the far end of greeneville. They have an awesome range with a shoot house, and 600 yard ranges with steel set up! and it's only $100 for a year which I don't think is bad for what all you get! If I lived closer I would have a membership!

I figured the rifle will weigh about 10-12 lbs roughly...and glass I have heard as you said will be the biggest part. also would like to keep the cost to around 8-900... and I don't care at all to buy used!!

I am looking at picking up a rifle to do some long range shooting here in the near future. I am wanting the rifle to be in .308 winchester and I will be reloading. Any help and suggestions you guys can give me I really appreciate it. I have looked at savages, and the remingtons and am leaning more towards the savage due to the accu-trigger. I will be taking shots out to 1000 yds after I am comfortable with my shooting. I might also take the rifle hunting so I'm not looking for a super heavy table rifle. Thanks, CM1021

If your getting started look at the RCBS Rockchucker Master kit...has almost everything you need to get started just need a shell holder and dies and your ready to reload!

I am an EMT-IV and I love my job...as I tell ANYBODY getting into the healthcare field you have to love your job...If you don't you will in turn be bitter and take it out on your patients. The job can be stressful at some times but in the end if you love it you will find a way to deal with it. I love the schedule as I'm on shift and work 24 hours...I have had one call that bothered me and it was a 2 month old cardiac arrest...Something just didn't add up with the situation but I knew that there was nothing I could do about it. I could notate what my partner and I seen in my narrative but I'm not a cop, judge, DA, or anything else that can bring charges. When I was in school I was told by my teacher you CAN NOT SAVE EVERYONE!! and this has shown true. but now I will get off my soap box. To become an EMT you enroll into a state accredited course which will last a year. You will have class and also clinical time which consists of ER time and riding on an ambulance. after all that you have a final, a practical test, and last of all National Registry. If you seriously interested in it first I suggest doing a few ride alongs on an ALS ambulance. Most services allow this you just have to sign a waiver and you can't have any pt contact, but it will give you a VERY small taste of what it's like. I love what I do and will stay in the healthcare field as long as God grants me the breath to do so. I'm getting ready to either start on my Physician's assistant with a focus on ER medicine or go get my M.D. in emergency/general medicine. Sorry for the long post

Rescue flight pilots around east tn are mostly ex military. I have a buddy who is a flight medic and he told me that they have to have a crazy amount of hours behind the stick before they're even looked at so most of them are ex military because no one else has the hours! Tell him that when he gets done serving our country that he just needs to start showing his face and making friends in the business and that will take him far...

I'm wanting to get a nice lever action rifle in .357 for some reason!! Hahaha can't tell you why i just think it would be a blast to shoot and i have neen reading up on the increase in fps with the longer barrel. So now i just need help on deciding which one to purchase. I am looking at the rossi and have heard they are hit and miss as some are lemons and some are amazing! based on your budget this would be my set up... Glock 17... Keltec Sub2k... Mossberg 590A1... There you only have to buy two types of ammo...two guns take the same mags and then the other doesn't take mags...also you can get 9mm quite cheaply and buy a lot of it...

I'm looking at picking up a red dot such as the primary arms or something similar and am wanting to be able to absolute co-witness...I have troy folding BUIS so they will lay flat but if I ever needed them I would rather have the absolute co witness instead of the lower third...anybody know which mount with the primary arms micro red dot would allow me to do this? or any other sights about the same price range that would allow this?
