These came out last year and I think it is cheating. Really the only thing the human is doing is "marking" the target. They were showing this used on hunts in Africa. What happens when the animal moves. You have to re mark the target. And you have no control over the trigger. Paper punching it's probably great for a new shooter, but for law enforcement, mil, or hunting there's way too many variables for it to catch on. It will give a lot of people a false sense of their limits.

In a humid environment wood will swell. If it's touching the barrel at different humidity it will affect accuracy due to the variation in pressure it exerts in the barrel.

I have one of their 8" plates. I've shot it with .308, .223, and 7.62. shot it from 200 yards plus and it's held up great.

Picked this up today. I believe it is just Russian Surplus FMJ. It's brass cased and annealed. Probably 124gr? Is this corrosive and is it berdan or boxer primed? Any information you guys can give me I appreciate.

I honestly don't think PSA is price gouging. I think they paid a hefty price for that ammo. Heck PSA had CCI mini mags about 4 months ago for $9/100 RDS. I didn't think it was bad and bought 1k rounds. My at diversion loves it. All the neck beards would have been selling it for $15-$20 a 100. And like others have said they have never once price gouged so I can't see them starting now.

If your just trying to do it for NFA stuff that is WAYYYY too high...I was gonna do a trust and had a few lawyers that were in the $300-$500 range.
