That is one bad a$$ truck. That is one of the best looking trucks I have seen. Congrats. I would love to have one as well. Unfortunately, my truck buying days are over thanks to the guvment (high gas prices). I have always owned (and still do) a truck, but ever since gas prices shot up I hardly ever drive it. I can't justify buying a new one just to drive around every other weekend. If the eco-facists continue to get their way, I may be commuting to work on a Segway. Anyway, it is super nice and hope you enjoy it.

I have not, but I am sure Shooter's will getting some pretty soon if they don't have one already. They seem to be keeping quite a few 1911s in stock.
-
Nice looking 1911. I wouldn't mind trying one of those. I wonder if Ruger will cut into Kimber's market share. Big price difference.
-
Nice collection. What is the poundage on the DAK triggers? Pretty crisp?

Anyone watch it on Fox this evening? Any comments? The more and more I hear from congressman Paul, the more I like him. I also like Herman Cain.

I guess that was an epic fail on my part attempting humor. death certificate / birth certificate controversy
-
Personally, I don't believe any of those people including OBL are dead. I won't believe it until I see the death certificate, and the long form at that.

Well... I started back on my diet yesterday. Getting back into the habit of eating something or drinking a protein shake every two hours sucks. By next week it won't seem like the chore it is now. During my chest workout today I did something that I haven't done in almost 14 years. I got some reps on incline bench press using the 100 lb dumbbells (200 lb total). I didn't get many (6 reps). While it might not seem all that much to some of you guys (it felt heavy as s**t to me), I was rather proud of myself that I was able to do it. I don't know why, but 2x100 lb dumbbells seems a lot harder than 200 lb on a bar.

Yes... Seriously. There is no need to get all upset about my post (although the wink didn't help), I was not advocating breaking the law. I would never do that, especially on a public forum such as this. I was merely asking a question, and making a suggestion that all HCP holders should utilize proper methods of concealment.

How would anyone even know you are armed unless you announced it by improper concealment?
-
I think you are too late. They have posted on hundreds of sites/forums already.

EOTech service. Anyone had any dealings with them?

I got my new mount in Friday. It fixed the problem. The magnifier no longer moves. Based upon my experience with EOTech during this ordeal, I will definitely buy their products again in the future. -

I went ahead and adjusted my schedule for the new date, so I am still a go. -
I have no idea whether this is fake or not. Due to my cynical nature, I am still suspicious, but there is nothing I can really do about it. If people still want to debate this issue, then that is fine with me. They can debate it till their heart is content. The thing I am concerned about is Obama sucks, and he has got to be voted out of office in 2012.

Good deal guys. I hope the numbness and pain is nothing serious. Have you seen your doctor about it? I haven't posted in a while mainly due to nothing really happening. I decided to give my body a break and go off of my weight gain routine for a while. I also wanted to see if I would lose any weight by going back to my normal diet. I was trying to determine whether my weight gain was water weight. The good news is that I have been off my diet for almost a month, and I have lost only 1 pound and all measurements stayed the same of increased slightly. Based on those results, I would say that the weight I gained was quality weight. I will be doing some training with Randy Harris this weekend, and starting Monday I will go back on my weight gain diet. Since I have been off the diet for almost a month, I should be able to shock my system as I did previously and put on the weight fairly rapidly. I am anticipating hitting my goal by the first or mid June.

Well, you guys are right. I sent them an email, and got a response the next day stating they will send out a new mount for the magnifier. I just hope that is the problem. -
Thanks. What league is that? There are a bunch of people on this forum that have way nicer stuff than I do. There is definitely a price point in which I will cry Uncle when it comes to knives or guns. In regards to the Professional Soldier, it is a great knife. I do not have mine wrapped, and I doubt I will wrap it. I like the grip the way it is. As far as a hunting, camping, hiking etc... knife goes, I like the Chris Reeve one piece billet knives. They are fantastic.

I do not have the skill level for the guns that I own. Heck, I would venture to say that I don't really have the skill level for my Glocks, but I still bought several high-end guns. Why? Because I knew they were way better than me and to enjoy them, which I am. I may get into some competitions in the future if I ever feel that I have attained the ability to make at least a decent showing. Until then, I will just enjoy the time I spend at the range and have fun.

Interesting. While I don't accept those numbers at face value, I do find it interesting that Dr. Bill Warner considers Islam to be "more of a political system than a religion." Also, the name of the site is called "Political Islam." Based on the arguments they make, it is not a religion that has killed the number of people quoted, but a political system.
-
Then don't buy one. The price vs. whatever argument can be made on pretty much everything. Ultimately, if someone has the money to pay for a particular item and it is what they want and doesn't necessarily need, then would tell them to buy it. I don't think I have any business telling someone what they should buy or how foolish they were with their decision. By the way, I own Glocks too and I think they are great. I just bought another one a few weeks ago.
-
Yes, that particular model was not very popular for the reasons you cited. However, to judge Wilson based on that model instead of what they are known for, the 1911s, I believe is unfair. Their 1911s are some of the best on the market.

I think the book was boring as well, at least the first part was. It has been a while since I have read it. That said, I started reading it again last week. It is not as bad as it was the first time.
-
Have you ever thought about the government leaving things alone and allowing the market to be truly free? If that would happen, I bet you would see prices come down significantly to where a person who earns a lower wage would have an easier time affording the necessities.
-
Nice. Congrats. After purchasing my 2nd Glock a couple of weeks ago, I am becoming a big Glock fan.
-
I liked your Para. I thought it shot better than either of the Kimbers I used to own. Gun Smith, are Wilson's expensive? Yes. The most basic model will set you back over $2k. Whether they are worth the price or not is really only relevant to that individual considering purchasing one.
