Logging on to a laptop with out the password - Question
lunarpowered replied to KahrMan's topic in General Chat
I would totally work for ammo if I was in Nashville. It sounds like you may have burned the Ophcrack executable to a disc instead of burning the LiveCD ISO: Ophcrack If it is the LiveCD you are having trouble booting from or burning to a disc then let me know and we can see about getting one shipped to you. -

Aw, it worked in the preview post, but apparently the site doesn't like animated gifs. -

Just type the password into the username field and see what is displayed. If it displays what you typed then you don't have a stuck or malfunctioning key. -

Ophcrack will get the job done. -
So, it appears you have to use or be within a motor vehicle or vessel?

My wife and I recently went walking on trails at night with flashlights. The neato factor is that we could see multiple deer, racoons, and other wildlife. I had a handgun and knife on my person while doing this. A friend of mine said he believes that is classified as "spotlighting" and is illegal. We were'nt there to harm any animals as the gun and knife are strictly for defense. Would it be considered spotlighting?

That question in and of itself is a highly compelling argument and I believe #1 clearly shows more commitment.

Arguing with an Strelcevina is like wrestling with a pig in the mud, after a while you realize the pig likes it. -

What are "Billioners" and "Millioners"? Most of the reports I was able to find online are showing that 1 in every 125 Americans are Millionaires. -

That is quite possibly one of the most compelling reviews that I have read and I will not be eating at Logans. -

We're looking for something a little more permanent and may end up making something like this: And either making it so the hanging target can be removed and paper targets can be placed or just an additional angle iron holder for paper targets.
-
My father-in-law and I would like to make a silhouette paper target holder. My father-in-law knows how to weld, but needs plans to make one. Has anyone made a target holder? If so, do you have the dimensions, pictures, or plans? We are currently looking into making it out of angle iron. Ideas? Suggestions?

Yeah, I couldn't find the 9B3L on Sony's website either which sure does make Sony look bad, but saw an article saying that it should be compatible with the FXA47. You could try running Windows updates and making sure you are on Service Pack 3, but I'm guessing by tomorrow you'll be going skeet shooting with the laptop.

Microsoft states the fix for that specific error is to update the system drivers. Event ID 7026 Drivers for Sony Vaio PCG-FXA47 (PCG-9B3L) Sony eSupport - PCG-FXA47 - Software Updates & Drivers Let me know if that doesn't fix the issue you're experiencing with the system locking up.

Service Control Manager errors may cause system instability which will result in lock-ups. Do you have the Event ID for the Service Control Manager error?
-
Could you post the Event ID's and General tab information associated with the errors? What version of Windows are you running? (e.g. XP, Vista, 7) EDIT: Ha, just saw your post about introducing it to the Judge, so I guess the above information is not needed.

Go to Start --> Control Panel --> Administrative Tools --> Event Viewer.
