How is this not being classified as a hate crime? How would you have handled this situation? http://wreg.com/2014/09/07/teens-attack-people-in-parking-lot/

Robin48, I'm not sure if you remember me, but I believe I bought a gun case from you in Millington a while back. Sorry to hear you are having surgery. I'll be praying for you. Let us know how you're doing.

I've never used Pistol Pay before, but I keep getting pending transaction failed. I wonder if they met their goal of $10k already.

I bought a brand new 2007 Honda Fit when they came out. Before 60,000 miles I had replaced coil packs and spark plugs twice, multiple wheel bearings, headlights, the car also had multiple recalls while I had it. I had to purchase special batteries so the car would start if it was and colder than 50 degrees outside. The car also had AC and electrical issues. The car was NEW and I thought new cars didn't have issues. ☺ The car was constantly at the dealer for repairs and the only thing covered under warranty was the recalls. Hopefully yours is not like that, but I would have bought the upgraded warranty had I of known what I do now.

My wife has been up until a few minutes ago (3AM) when our dog started tapping on the door. Thank God and I hope every one else's dog comes back too.

My doberman is missing. She's never been outside for more than an hour at a time and she's been missing for three hours now.

I thought actual evidence is needed for a warrant and not just word of mouth.

A lot of feed shops sell duke dog proof coon traps. My local shop had them for $21 each. Very effective with marshmallows.

Thanks for all the feedback, you all are awesome! After talking to a few more people who had Esurance and them going on and on about how great they were, I went ahead and signed up. My bill is now half of what I was paying before and I have more than double the coverage! :D

I applied for quotes with Esurance, Liberty Mutual, and All State. Ill have to get State Farms too. Esurance has been the lowest so far (over $60 cheaper per month for much greater coverage than I currently have) followed by Liberty Mutual with a discount from a local credit union. I'm not necessarily looking for the cheapest, but the cheapest/best which sounds like All State may be worth it.

I've had Farm Bureau for home and auto insurance for a few years now. I received notice in the mail today stating they are raising my auto rates after running my credit score ($100 over 6 months). I didn't even know they could run my credit years after my initial request to get insurance. I have perfect credit, but they cited that I did not have enough balances per lines a of credit. Meaning they are punishing me for being debt free? I'm accident and incident free as well, so I see no reason for rate increases when they were already higher than the competition. So, I'm looking to find a new insurance company based on the principal of the issue. What insurance company does everyone recommend?

I currently hold A+, Server+, LPIC-1, MCP, MCDST, MCTS, as well as Dell, HP, and Lenovo self maintenance certifications. Of the certifications, the A+ was one of the leasT difficult. All the practice questions I had in the books I studied were completely different than the test material. The actual test questions were much easier as they were logicial and the questions in the study material were not.

HD Power Over Ethernet Surveillance Setup
lunarpowered replied to lunarpowered's topic in General Chat
Tnhawk, you may want to see if there is a software update for your system. The software I was sent allows you to setup motion detection on parts or all of the field of vision and you can setup filter boxes around things like trees so they dont trigger the motion detection. -

I ended up going with this system:http://www.costco.com/Swann-8-Channel-3MP-NVR-Security-System-with-2TB-HDD-and-4-1080p-Cameras.product.100058520.html?catalogId=10701&keyword=788693&langId=-1&storeId=10301 and I've been very impressed with the quality so far. I'll probably add a PTZ camera to it at a later point. -
Univ of Memphis student jailed for gun in class

It's sad that in order to advance education one has to give up self defense. Anyone know what kind of penalties he is looking at?
