Zillow is a great place to get values. Zoom in tight on the map and it will give you the zestimate. Also search for recently sold.

There is no way I could lay me head down at night again with those roommates. In fact I would get my stuff out of there asap. They are scary people.

If you are carrying a 22 for your duty gun I would go with a 23 for off duty. Keep only 22 mags for extra mags in your cars , etc. That way no matter which gun you have with you your extra mags will work in it. Maybe even get a couple of the 30 round stick mags and keep one in your patrol car and one in your personal car.

Have a mini-30 and it is a great deer rifle for in the woods. I just don't think either are worth what they are asking for them these days.

Just not a big fan of all the stainless steels. I know the fixed blade knives that moved away from good carbon steel in favor of stainless have been junk.

My point was at a LE auction they could (if the state law was fixed as it should be) verify your HCP was valid for free in their computers and you walk out the door with it. It would be a private sale.

Let's reverse it, if I had a handgun that someone would trade me 3 glocks for it then I hope they enjoy it, I will be enjoying 3 glocks.

If the serial numbers are scratched they should have a new number put on them and then auction them off to the highest bidder. The trade-in the whole lot to the supplier route usually yields the department 10 cents on the dollar at best. Make it a requirement that all bidders have a valid tn handgun permit and a department would have the ability to verify that in about two seconds.

I don't know about you but I don't usually buy used bread.

I know I saw brand new in the box glock 22's the other day for $409 with 3 mags at omb express. Granted you still have to pay a transfer but that is only $20 or so and you save tax as well. I see shops around here selling them for $509 and you still have to pay tax. Trade-in Glock 22's are $299 and people still try to sell them for almost $500 used.
