Did anyone else turn on the News today and as the TV come on say in the Family Feud voice say "Show me Riots."  I figured it would be the number one item on the news.

I am certain Walmart has more funds then the entire city budget of DC.   Walmart isn't broke like the government.     Besides, that is what I thought the National minimum wage law was for.

You make a good point, anyone should be against losing any rights.  As much as many of them fought for their rights, 1 or 2 generations later some are ready to line up and give them up again.

  When I did a small business, even though I was the solo owner I was advised to do that as well for the same reason.  I was told pretty much, my business could be sued and it would keep my personal separate.  I don't think it added 100 dollars to the process if that.   I kept records like a Corp, but was only a LLC which meant I didn't have to have officers or something like that.   That being said, I don't have a degree or a ton of experience in this and it was over 10 years ago I quit doing it.

 Funny that they want to sue the station, when it is known the stations got the incorrect names from the NTSB.  The NTSB has since removed the intern that was involved even after they said the intern did not make up the names.  So the joke started back even further but the Airline wants to sue the Station that was really the butt of the joke.

You know that is another thing. After the verdict I have seen people use Murder in talking about Zimmerman.  They are on very thin ice when it comes to libel and slander.   I believe I saw Jesse Jackson say something along the ground he got away with murder.   About 18 seconds in.   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eYcMRI9jDO4   After the not guilty verdict, to me this should fit either libel or slander.   Also about 1:20 he talks about a jury of peers and Travon didn't have a jury of peers.    The jury of peers is really for the defendent. *you have a right to a trial by a jury of your peers.   Not the prosecution take you to court with a jury of their peers.

Not from the area, but a guess would be AT&T DSL.  Guessing you don't want satellite internet.

You might want to take the opportunity to make it a LLC while you are at it.  Protect your personal assets. The one time I ran a small PC business, it was a LLC.

Some of the crazy speeches being given in wake of the Zimmerman trial, I heard one person shouting about wanting to get the stand your ground rules over turned.   And they have plenty of sheep that will follow them.

Can they take him to civil court now or because of the not guilty 100 percent over?   In TN, if found not guilty on something like this, it would void out civil right?
