So, I am going to visit Nashville again soon.   My plan, I am going to be loose on Broadway.  Yes I know tourist trap.   On my plan, I plan to spend some time in Tootsies as usual.  Yes, I know the most expensive beer I have ever drunk I believe.   However I am planning to bar hop a bit this time and spend some time in some other places   Anyone been to any of the following and how would you rate them.   Brew House Whiskey Bent Saloon and maybe The Stage Been to Legends Corner and wasn't impressed. Not planning on The Wheel, as I believe it is a smoking place.  Too much Smoke affects my breathing.  Nothing against smokers.   Probably going to eat at the Brew House, online menu's seem reasonable.   Thinking about checking out the Whiskey Bent Saloon and maybe The Stage   Pretty much, what I am looking for is live music(country but a mix is fine), fun and lively places.   I know some will say Jacks and Rippys but I am not much into bar-b-que believe it or not.  Normally I am just as happy with a good burger or steak.   In short, I want to break out of my pattern of only going to Tootsies and try a couple other places.

if I lived in Nashville, I would be prepared for a flood.  In case Wolf Dam in KY gives.  I believe it was on a show called The Crumbling of America or similar.   The year before Katrina I know I watched a show that talked about how New Orleans had not been hit by a hurricane in like 100 years and a what if it happened. It talked about the levy failures and how so many areas are below sea level.  Then the next year Bam.  I bet I will never see that show again.  Wish I could remember what it was.

I have been watching these shows and well.  None of them are doing well.   I have been watching those and only in 1 show did someone have sense enough to make shoes I believe and it was after he injured his foot.   One has to protect their feet in a survival situation.  No, I don't want to do that show.  BTW, losing 20 plus pounds in 3 weeks, sorry to say it but they are not surviving.  They are barely getting by waiting for rescue.

  I believe that is just considered keeping tabs on the other side.

Some how, I don't buy that they would be undetectable to dogs that are trained.  But what do I know, except someday soon they will be trying to convenience passengers to fly naked.   Those will be some scary times indeed.         I am sure that the dogs or maybe even people will smell that.

  Zimmerman isn't white.  I keep saying, white people don't have a dog in this fight.  The only reason this made national news is because the media reported Zimmerman as white early on.  The correction was not readily picked up and accepted because that wasn't as controversial as first reported. :screwy:

I sleep like a baby during a thunderstorm.  if I am awake I really like watching them.

I keep remembering my first read of that story and at the moment I read it, it sounded like the bad guy was stopped by a good guy with a gun.   The story, like always seems to have evolved and tidbits like that have been lost.
