  I believe you have a good list.   I would reorder it.   First the one that pulled the trigger. Then the Vendor that was involved, then Promoter, and maybe the ones that checked at the door to see if loaded.

This woman, came forward and told people/media that was her plan.  I bet when the media was interviewing random people on the street they had not even heard of it until interview time.   This woman, wanted and got national attention by doing nothing more then saying what she planned.     It isn't like she did it and then parents ran to the media.  I believe this was planned out for attention.

  I figure most of them do.  Network solutions is the only one I have actually brought one form and that was years ago when there wasn't many options.   I get bummed out when i search for something that should no no meaning for anyone and find it is held by a group that just buys up domains and tries to sell them for allot of money.   When they sit on them for years and never use them for anything other then for the purpose of resale.

use http://www.godaddy.com/   to search for domains to be certain they are available.  Just because they don't come up in IE doesn't mean someone isn't sitting on it.

Something strange is afoot.   As I went to my online Amazon to sync some digital books with my android, I found several titles I certainly didn't order.   I went into Manage Your Kindle.    Examples.   Progressive English-Japanese Dictionary Shogakukan October 15, 2013   Daijisen (大辞泉) (Japanese Edition) Shogakukan October 15, 2013       A Modern Chinese-English Dictionary (现代汉英词典) (Chinese Edition) FLTRP October 15, 2013   These items don't show up on the digital orders page.  I haven't been charged for them or anything just wondering why they are there.  Wondering if anyone else has odd titles appearing.

i came in expecting to see a picture of a fleet of ambulances all ready displaying something along the lines of Affordable Health Care and expecting  people wondering how they where able to get that done so fast while the website still sucks.

    I don't really use, but I wanted this option.   I have unlimited data.  However they want to charge extra and limit the data if I turn on tethering though the phone provider. I believe it is an extra 10 dollars to tether data and get limited to 1gb of data.   With my phone rooted, I am able to turn on tethering which is native in the phone.    I have only tested it to confirm it works, but I know some people that use that for their home computers internet.  I don't want to raise red flags but I figure I am paying enough on my phone to use it how I want.

should be able to at least turn off GPS as GPS puts a drain on the battery.  But it is possible for them to program it in a way to disable, disabling gps.  I bet there will be allot more rooted phones after that.
