The judge could issue a Bench Warrant.  I don't know how it may effect anything.    It will probably only be a warrant on record and GA probably won't go though with  extradition over it.   After the payment clears, you will need to make sure they don't keep a active warrant out for you.   However if still on your record, if you get stopped in TN it may come up on a road side background check, which then I would bet the officer would be less likely to give you a warning.

people sell them? How awful.  Unless something horrible happens I plan to never sell any.  At least that is my current view. Well, I do have one I may put up for sell just because it was an impulse buy and it hold not special value to me other then what it may be worth. I will probably put it up on consignment and see if it sells.

I agree with the above, no need to hold the whole chain for the action of 1 location. however I didn't need another one.   Probably cause the one here in Oak Ridge is the worst KFC I have ever eat at.  Just 2 days ago I gave them one last change with those new Chicken Tenders.  Don't waste your money on them.

I got it , the solution to many problems faced here in the US.   Thank you Dustbuster, your post inspired this solution.       We could send or felons from prisons to Mexico on the bases that they never come back   Think about it, this could free up or prisons, reduce the amount we spend on prisons, reduce over population in prisons. I am sure many on Death row would jump for this since Mexico is anti death row as well.

I don't know, it was on the deed.  I found it going though a safety deposit box. I believe they just had it wrote into the Deed when they transferred it. 

I'm not an attorney as well.  I did stay in an expensive hotel last night but it was not a holiday inn express.   One thing I have seen done in my own family is deeds written passing property to another family member (younger, next generation) and having a clause in that says the former by name is allowed to live there until death. In short, I don't have the exact phrasing but it ensures the person is able to live in what they consider their home while knowing they have taking care of their final wishes for the property down the road.
