  1. Similar has already been tried and found to be a waste of time and money. http://www.foxnews.com/us/2015/11/10/scrapped-maryland-ends-bullet-id-program-after-15-years-5m-and-zero-cases.html " State authorities have conceded that the bullet ID program, enacted in 2000, cost $5 million, was plagued by technical problems and did not solve a single crime. "
  2. As a outside person looking I have no idea what the doctor was going to. For all i know, he got paged for an emergency and was en route. You know they have lives outside of work, but when they get paged it could be a Matter of life of death. When they hold up medical personnel there is no idea what kind of harm they are going to cause. Maybe it is a surgeon rushing for an emergency C-section or other life saving surgery. You are right certain things can happen while going, however they can't always plan to leave early in the case of being paged. Again I have no idea if that doctor was going to an emergency or not. I don't believe blocking intersections is a peaceful demonstration. https://www.aclunc.org/our-work/know-your-rights/free-speech-protests-demonstrations Three principles to remember 1. CONDUCT, NOT CONTENT It's not what you say—it's the way that you say it. Your right to express your opinion is protected no matter what beliefs you hold. What matters is how you use that right. If you organize a protest that causes serious disruption, the government may be able to intervene. But with a few notable exceptions, nobody can restrict your rights simply because they don't like what you say. 2. FREE SPEECH IS FOR EVERYONE Young or old; anarchist or evangelical; pacifist or hawk; Mormon or Muslim; these rights apply to you. It doesn't matter whether you're a U.S. citizen, whether you're of voting age, or whether you speak English. Free-speech rights are for everybody. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. 3. WHEN, WHERE AND HOW Consider when, where and how you use your free-speech rights. If you organize a rally that causes violence or unnecessary disruption, your event may be disbanded. Every municipality has regulations and it's your responsibility to understand them. You must observe reasonable regulations on time, place, and manner when you exercise your rights to demonstrate and protest. http://aclu-or.org/content/your-right-protest Generally, you have the right to distribute literature, hold signs, collect petition signatures, and engage in other similar activities while on public sidewalks or in front of government buildings as long as you are not disrupting other people, forcing passerby to accept leaflets or causing traffic problems. (I feel a little better now)
  3. Miss an hour of work, send a bill to the city for your lost wages. Since the city and police allowed it by not stopping it, they should pick up the responsibility.
  4. I hate to point this out, it was pointed out to me, but in one first video, the arm pit hair is scary. Just over 30 seconds in.
  5. Well if we put One Million Cops per Thug on the street i am sure we can repeat that. However, far more Thugs will hit the ground. At least that is how i understand Odds.
  6. Act like a Criminal get treated like one. Break the law, go to jail unless your are Hillary.
  7. when the video is slowed down there is allot of spit flying.
  8. You sir are correct I believe. Here it is.
  9. BLM in Knoxville Gaystreet Marketsquare The Doctor does his best to ignore them going back to his car. Watch the Protest leader about 30 seconds in, pretty much run away from the Doctor when he finally turns to him and hides in the crowd behind a woman. Looks like a really good way to get run over. Edit, I think this was a Recent Friday, maybe the 8th or 15th. Not 100 percent certain. I just heard about it today.
  10. It took Michelle Obama 8 years to convince people to run outside and be active. Nintendo did it in 24 hours. #Pokemon
  11. That link is broken. cowards going after soft targets. Seriously, these people know they are going to be killed, so it is effectively suicide while killing innocent. Seriously, even if they think they are making the world better in their eyes, they aren't going to be around for it. I will never understand anyone that had a mind set Kill others because they are ready to die (Suicide). It makes no sense to me, and honestly I never want to understand it to that level. (insert something meaningful) as I am at a loss for words right now.
  12. My wife said you are the winner.
  13. A bit more rare then I care for. At least wash it's butt and walk it thought the kitchen and show it a picture of a fire.
  14. OK, i am good now.
  15. That does cover it. Need to go back to plain simple 2nd amendment nation wide and that would completely fix it. I guess those days are completely behind us. I think what burns me on Ca. they pass so many restrictive laws which over time find their ways to other states. While the movie producers make more and more unrealistic movies about guns scaring the bejesus out of the anti gun people. Thus leading to more myths about what guns can actually do.
  16. Tennessee honors all other states Permit/Licenses. So this means, TN honors the California CCW, however California of course does not honor any other states Permits/Licenses. A quick search reveals a number of other states also honor California as well. I am sure the high profile people in Ca. either have or have guards with CCW with them as they travel. So when they visit these other states the have armed protection with them. So they travel about, they get to enjoy having armed protection with them, but don't want to extend the same curiosity to the rest of us if we travel there. I think maybe TN needs to only honor States that honor ours. Perhaps this should spread to other states that are currently honoring Ca. Yes, I know there are several other states that don't honor the TN permit and or don't honor any other states. Just did check them all. NY is another that does not honor other states. Thoughts? http://www.handgunlaw.us/states/california.pdf I know I will probably catch a lot of flak! Someone will probably put some holes in my train of thought. I just think fair is fair.
  17. yea, I am petty sure I got the end of Obama speech yesterday saying something needs to happen Today, wake up to Dallas
  18. I think i am the only happy Comcast customer in East TN. No problems. However I do own my own Modem. Once I was on a promotion and when it expired some how the system started charging me rent for my own modem. When I called them on it, they did fix it and reverse charges.
  19. So, how can the media focus be pulled away from Hillary's email? Perhaps a shooting in Louisiana. The News won't focus on anything else now. I am at a lose for words. There is video, he has permission from the owner to be there. I understand the police were called because of one person and they ended up even getting the wrong person.
  20. Da F#@K is this So we hear, we are not coming for you guns. But they are making it a crime to go to bed on June 30th, 2017 and wake up a criminal due to the stroke of a pen. Senate Bill 1446, authored by Sen. Loni Hancock, D-Berkeley, restricts possession of ammunition magazines that hold more than 10 rounds. subsequent offense, for a person to possess any large-capacity magazine, regardless of the date the magazine was acquired. The bill would require a person in lawful possession of a large-capacity magazine prior to July 1, 2017, to dispose of the magazine, as provided. A person who, prior to July 1, 2017, legally possesses a large-capacity magazine shall dispose of that magazine by any of the following means: (1) Remove the large-capacity magazine from the state. (2) Prior to July 1, 2017, sell the large-capacity magazine to a licensed firearms dealer. (3) Destroy the large-capacity magazine. (4) Surrender the large-capacity magazine to a law enforcement agency for destruction. (d) For purposes of this section, “manufacturing” includes both fabricating a magazine and assembling a magazine from a combination of parts, including, but not limited to, the body, spring, follower, and floor plate or end plate, to be a fully functioning large-capacity magazine. (e) The provisions of this section are cumulative and shall not be construed as restricting the application of any other law. However, an act or omission punishable in different ways by different provisions of this code shall not be punished under more than one provision.
  21. I considered it when reading one of the above posts from jgradyc . Right now I am just under 7 a month. I appear to be slightly cheaper as it is, probably the difference in the water from site to site. I did toss the idea of distilling the water first but that would probably be awful.
  22. 2 days ago, it tested at .012. Today .053 and not tasting as good. I am considering the filter spent. I got 2 months, 1 week and well really the last week I should have changed it any time. So it appears 2 months is the limit for my amount of use per filter. I was just holding out a bit to see if the fishy smell would return and about what the count would be. However not waiting. close enough that I believe the filter is clogging up/being used at an increasing rate now.
  23. Not http://www.gaugemate.com/ check out their video. expensive. But not my choice. Just tossing it out there.
  24. With all the 12ga responses, I wonder if people are considering the availability adapters to make 12ga shoot any caliber. http://www.gaugemate.com/ http://www.selfrelianceoutfitters.com/shotgun-adaptors/
