With the Budget problems the state seems to have, I think they need to collect, back to day 1 if they have not been. My State needs the Money for something more then CA does in this case. If I break a speeding law and a cop stops me, the state expects me to pay, if there is a fine for something like this then the state should expect them to pay. As a tax payer and a voter, if the state if going to fund all these welfare checks to people that probably can not pass a drug test, while I have to be able to pass a drug test to keep my job. I think they state should look for sources like this that support my interest to get their money. Plus it would not hurt to get that dam list pulled.

well, it is really in Barataria Bay , directly south of New Orleans. Seems today there was a second oil Spil in the gulf that is not being covered by major news media, or at least I haven't found it yet. As person in the state of LA told me about it while I was helping him with a computer problem today. Seems a boat run over a capped oil well and it was leaking oil/gas. the person that told me about it, told me to go to The Times-Picayune however I went there and Could not if. Here is a link. well, I know a blackberry can be blacklisted and security wiped. Where I work in IT, we have a proceedure in place if someone reports a lost or stolen phone. We submit the forums to the blackberry enterprise admins and they issue a kill command to the phone. We have blackberrys that are mostly verizon, but I believe some are AT&T. I Have not had to look at the support document for that in many months so I can not be certain about AT&T but i do know we can have ones on Verizon killed.

Your grouping is far better then mine. Currently I am shooing a 35 year old Mark 1 Ruger. I will be buying a Mark 3 soon but not the hunter. The hunter with the longer barrel will out shoot what I am planning on buying. P512MKIII Over the past year, when I was just practicing, I was using Mini mag CCI 1235 FPS and Remingtons 1280 FPS. I had been practicing with cheaper shells and stuff I brought up when ammo was a bit harder to find a year or so back. When I went for my HCP, I wanted to use the best I had, I didn't want to risk any snaps, or shove pipes. Out of about 1500 Remingtons I had about 3 misfires and 1 shovepipe. I changed my ammo for a faster FPS right for my HCP class, I went from like 1235 to 1330 and my grouping improved, allot, still not as good as yours. After seeing the faster ones preform better and the price was barley different I am going to stay with them. My pattern got better when I switched to Winchester Super X 37 grains High Velocity 1330 FPS. You can buy a box of Winchester Super X 37 grains High Velocity 1330 FPS, 555 rounds at Wal Mart for like 20 bucks. Then I just refill my 100 count smaller boxes with them. Also A revolver should outshoot a semi auto since none of the energy is be used to work the action, but you probably knew that.

Also, consider the COM from the angle you stand, say you are at an angle. Twisting this a bit, say you are not in a straight on shot to the target, say you might be in defense of 3rd party. (lets not go down that road right or wrong, for this lets assume right) You might be at an Odd angle to the target, so your shot would be at a COM that gives you the most likelihood of a hit. COM could be defined as the Center of the target as to the aspect that is presented to your line of sight.

Talking to the guy, he seemed to say that, that DOE owned it and the city run it. I was asking him about using the shelters, ask if they where a first come first serve or if you can reserve them. He told me if you talk to the park office the can pencil you in, but if the DOE has an event they get them over anyone else since they own it. All the Trash cans had Property of US Government on them, since I pay my taxes, I feel I own something there. Come to think about it, since Parks are public, paid for by taxes they should not be able to pick and choice which rights we have and don't have there as opposed to other places.

Well this was just thinking here, this is nothing I did or anything. I guess I was trying to get some thoughts on how to get business owners to see customers they are losing by posting. I think I was looking for a more proactive way then just not attending a business. I Guess in the long run, best just to avoid those business' all together.
