well lets just wait and see, hopefully she was telling me facts and not just what sounded good to get me off the phone. I am still trying to figure out how they didn't have my application last week but 2 weeks ago they told me they where doing my background check. Seems they would have needed my application for that. They sent out the letter asking me to complete an application and in the mean time found my application and did my background check and processed/completed me. Seems like a strange system that can work fast when they want to. But right now, all will be forgiven as soon as the permit is in my hand.

That wasn't in the letter, that was on the phone call. I just about went over to Austins to check with Mike if he had someone he could call in Nashville. I would have if I had not got what I did. Since they made it last Thursday, they will probably won't get it this week but one day soon at least.

WOOT Found out why my app has been taking so FREAKING LONG and why I GOT This letter They mailed this letter because they had not got my application from the driver license place. Like a day after they mailed this letter my application showed up in Nashville, my background check has been completed and it seems I have been Issued a HCP on 8/26/2010 and it should be in the mail 7-14. Seems my application was LOST someplace, but 2 weeks ago I know they where already doing my Background check. and I should be able to disregard this letter, however because the the letter says I only have 30 days to sent it back or my application is voild, I am going to hold it until I get my HCP or if I dont' just in case I will mail it. I will cover my as5 just in case.

I really noticed this country was screwed big time right after 9/11/2001. I was still young, dumb, full of and ideas. Like allot of other Americans, I wanted to do something and I went out to buy a flag. I was so Pissed off I could not find an American flag in a store that was made in America. Everyone of them was made in china. I didn't buy one. I refused to buy an American flag that was made in another country. Yes, I know there is like 1 American company that makes and sells them here, pretty much have to order online to do that. It is sad and it should be against the law for another Country to made American flags. I know we could not enforce it in other countries but we could keep companies from importing them. Sort of like scotch can only be made in Scotland legally to bare the name scotch.

I know I did some dumb things when I was younger. I have walked around allot of train trestles and they are not generally easy to walk on. We generally knew the train schedule there though since it only run once a day. However in college I did walk though a train tunnel a few times, but we knew there were man holes on the sides about every 30 feet you could stand in if needed to let a train past. That is why I am trying not to call. However I was very good, I didn't call until 2 weeks after people that applied after me had been processed. As far as my I think they are confused, by my age, the fact I have had motor cycle license since I was 16, car license was not until 17 (dad would not let me drive a car). The State of TN has no bad driving history on me. I have good credit if they look at that. I have never been in jail or arrested. My wife said they are confused by such a blank background check they are having to re run it to be certain.
