I would fight a 5 mile an hour over ticket. In Oak Ridge the traffic speed cameras got people at 37 and 38 over in a 35 zone. (it might have been 36 and 37) I know it was back to back days and it was the same person that got them. They use inductive loop detectors in the road and I am not sold on how accurate the are, but they are used in allot of places. The thing is, to fight those tickets one still has to pay court costs which costs more then the ticket. Even if you can win and get it thrown out, you still have to pay court cost. One should not have to pay if it gets thrown out, seems to me making the person pay court cost on getting something over turned is just wrong.

I would not lease anything. It is worse then renting a house, Renting a house you only have to put like 1 month security desposit down. when you least a car they normally want like 2k down, plus monthly payments for 2 years, and hells bells if you go over the milages. I told them well I have the CC and it is complete can you please find out what is missing so the same mistake is not repeated, then she checked the computer, came back and told me it was issued on 8/26 and should be in the mail soon. I am holding that letter until I get my permit just in case, if I don't have my permit with in 15 days I will mail it anyways, not going to chance it
