I agree, everyone should have 1000-2000 rounds of everything they shoot just for stock. This is not your target supply. Also I am not counting .22's those one should have far more as those are great for zombies.

I grew up in a rural area and riding motorcycles and 4 wheelers back in the mountains. I never had any problem with running into anyone back then. Sure I run into stranger every now and then often by myself but no big deal. Never felt I was in any danger or anything. After I started dating my wife I wanted to take her to some places I knew and I remember feeling uncomfortable anytime we met strange people. What I am willing to say is, I quit taking her as I did not feel comfortable as I did by myself. Plus, it is something I meant to do 10 years ago anyways, although I go busy with work and stuff and just kept putting it off and putting it off. Plus, I am exercising my right to do so. I was amazed as how fast and how often I started carrying after I got my permit. At first I figured I would do the wally walk and only carry when on long trips and out 4 wheeling. I carry around Oak Ridge on short trips. If you know me and you see me out, odds are I am carrying.

Not mine but Can I toss my dad's .22 Ruger in the mix. I know my Y12FCU is not posted. I have heard on the board here someone talked to one of the high ups and passed it down that they will not post. I have carried in there many times. Once I even semi open carried as the pistol was dad's 22 Ruger and it was 2 large to CC. I was returning it to him which is why I had it with me. Your HCP means you don't have to ask. If they are not posted you can carry (exceptions places that are always no gun zones, inside schools, courts, etc). If you ask you might make them notice hey we are not posted some one might legally bring a gun in here. We might want to stop the legal guys so that criminals can safely carry their guns.

Yea, however not everyone seems to follow those rules when hiding them. You may not know until you are getting close. I forget where a couple was but I knew I was close and it seems like I was going to have to be on the edge of trespassing and decided not to go any farther.

I have been a few times. I went to some public places but i stopped when some caches where on the edge of snooping around too much for my comfort. I didn't care for feeling like I was sneaking around so I don't do it much. As for a GPS. I don't have the model with me at the moment, other the my droid X, the Gamin I brought my wife a few years ago had a screen option to tell your position and I was able to use it to get with in a few feet of a cache. So yes some car GPS have the correct options. But I am not into them a wholealot. The most we did other then GeoCache with hers was update an SD card with a trapster app so it beeps around traffic cameras and stuffs.

in before the Lock. I also wish we had Constitutional carry here like a few other states, however until then we have to follow the law of the land. Just like when we cross a state line we have to follow that states laws. KY is a good state, you can open carry there with out a permit. Not happy with a law, lobby and vote to get laws changed. We have to work with the system (as broken as it is). We just have to vote in some pro gun support that won't stab us in the back after they get in office. However, as I understand, we lost some of our pro gun support in Nashville this election, so it may take some small steps. Trust me, I will be happy if TN ever gets Constitutional carry for people that don't have any other reason's that would prevent them from owning guns. Until then I will hang on to my carry permit. I agree I should not have to ask permission, however I am asking permission to carry out in public until we get Constitutional carry (if we ever get it). I don't have to ask permission to keep/carry a gun on my property. I won't risk giving up my right by forcing the issue and carrying with out a permit. I know I won't win in front of a judge holding up a copy of the 2nd amendment saying this is my permit.

I don't know full details but I believe it goes something like this. Last few episodes of Supernatural has been scheduled to start tonight. They have advertised them for weeks to return on Jan 28th. Well, since the CW, I guess had a lack of for thought and delayed some other shows for some sports, they rescheduled Nikita tonight in place of Supernatural. This seems to have been a change that they put in place last night and was not published until around 11p.m. last night we have read. We shouldn't give them ammo and reasons to worry about us. I am also among those that believe just because something is legal does not mean it is right. I am not saying OC is wrong. Yea I know. That is why I was going to put a 50 dollar limit on what I was willing to spend on it. I was looking at some of the nice 42 inch plasma TV's on sale at Sears on sale that have my head turning. I can't remember the each price but in my budget. I just wasn't ready to buy one.

mainly Deer, however I want to kill every Coyote I can. I have yet to kill one, however I want every last one of them dead as they kill deer year round and in places are hurting the deer herd. I have seen so few Bob Cats, I will give them a pass. I am not going to kill one. I would like to get a turkey this year. Planning to deer hunt next year where there are some wild hogs to increase my chances of getting one of them. I almost got a shot at a Coyote this year but I only saw it for about 3 seconds about 150 yards away, it was gone by the time I raised by gun. It didn't even see me.

I figure this is a long shot but figured I would give someone here a shot as it. I have an old Sylvania TV that just quit. It will not turn on. Button or remote. I know it is time to upgrade but hey it still worked with Direct TV. It is a second TV so I am not with out TV right now so I am not rushing. I have a couple choices, either fix it or buy a new one. I shopped around and might have picked up a nice new one for my Main TV and put my current working one where this one was. However I got to thinking, this one that failed, it worked the night before. I turned it off, went to bed, next morning it just would not turn ON. I kinda figure it is something simple like a fuse or some other cheap part. (I could be wrong) In short, if I could fix it around 50 bucks or so I would have it fixed and maybe get another year or so out of it. If it would cost me more then that I figure I would just go ahead and start TV upgrading.

wadejjet I might be interested in something like this in the future. It would be cost dependent. My wife has never been on a plane and sometime I might be interested in a one day trip like that to take her some place. Kinda like the one day turn around. Not anytime soon, just getting though Christmas bills right now.

My thought exactly. If I can do with out a business I will. Sometimes there are exceptions, like a doctors office, something that you can't just shop around. I have noticed 2 of my doctors offices have been posted with the same sign. I don't believe the sign is a legal sign but their meaning is clear. I like the sign Gander MNT has, it says something about all firearms going in for repair must be unloaded and in a case. It then says something about this does not apply to their customers that have HCP. In short, they put it out that they welcome HCP customers. Growing up, I knew a person that had this sign and I always liked it. I was probalby no more then 8 first time I remember seeing it. It was right out side her home.

Yup, it is starting is campaign for reelection.. You know what, he had 2 years with both houses, (congress and senate) and was unable start turning the job market around. Only worried about Obama Care. His record is already set in stone. Now that he lost allot of his support, he will be able to do less. I expect him to lose his re election attempt.
