  1. Yup, thanks for the update.
  2. I believe that qualifies as a felony stop if they refused to stop for a long period of time. Someone may correct me. Edit, I just found the more button. seems there may be more, but seems the LEO's saw a pack of motorcycles doing 133 MPH. Not sure if they may have mistaken this bike for some of the others or not. The rider of this bike makes that claim. I have no way to say either way.
  3. dam you, i am 15 waves and still going. This is the best flash game I have every played. played again, got to 19, it is all about a balance of spending money on repairs and ungrades. Then about picking the biggest threats first.
  4. I could spectulate on allot of reasons why but I will leave that alone. The reason will probably present it's self soon.
  5. So where can I get that proper permit? I have to ask.
  6. I will risk the nightmares. I use to work with him at another job years ago before our job was shipped overseas. When I joined here, he spotted my username and remembered me. I just spotted him on vacation when I went to sent him a PM.
  7. I believe they showed him on Tosh and he is actually has a lawsuit against the driver of that truck, even though he caused the accident if you can even call it an accident. I believe the driver of the truck should have a lawsuit against him, also the insurance company should have a lawsuit against him. Many people have said it, we don't have a justice system, we have a legal system. Go figure.
  8. I see he is on vacation. I tried searching his recent posts and I don't see anything jumping out as to why. Could someone enlighten me.
  9. THere is a waiting period of time, I thought I knew right off the top of my head. I was trying to confirm it. Now I am having a slight problem finding it. Still looking. Handgun Carry Permit Qualifications and Requirements
  10. I just don't do it for reasons already discussed. I burn hard wood nearly all winter, ever winter. I like to get it cleaned every year whether it needs it or not, normally in the spring when I am done for the season.
  11. I got one of thoses to break my wife in with pistols. It is a fun pistol for sure. Let me know if after you shoot it for a while if you lose the front site. We had to replace the front site after the first trip to the range. Good thing it came with extra's. Other then that we have put probably 500 rounds though it already. Good shooting gun. Been feeding it CCI and Winchester's no problems.
  12. No You can't unsee it.
  13. I knew it was a defense. however I stand corrected.
  14. However, the HCP is a defense against going armed.
  15. I like how we have the option to CC or OP. I also like how it is preferred to CC. This pretty much means, if you can keep it out of sight. Out of sight, out of mind. No need to scare the anti gun people. Since carrying a pistol by default is illegal if we OC and a LEO see's it, they have the right and good reason to ask to see our permit. If we CC well, they will never see it, nor ask. I carry in a way that could be argued that would be OC, but is more of a Cross between CC and OP. I carry OWB, but I use a long shirt to cover it. In general it is hid well. I am still working on better clothing for better CC. Takes time to get everything up to par. Plus, I have not decided on an EDC yet. I have been in line at fast food places with LEO's behind me in line like that and they have never said a word or acted like they notice. Had they seen it, I am pretty sure they would have ask for my permit.
  16. It is ok, you now have spares just from watching the video.
  17. You want it bigger on the inside then the ouside? I drive one, they are small trucks. Not much you can do. I have owned a few. Best option is an automatic on the steering column. That seems to give more room by opening up the floor space. Heck, you probably see me driving aroud Oak Ridge in my 20 year old white ranger.
  18. I just picked myself up off the floor. Yup, he got the wrong one.
  19. They would just enjoy the attention.
  20. I don't expect them to show up, they just get themselves in the news and then they are happy.
  21. Like I said, they had a extra helping of paranoia. Going back to my first statement about how people put a stigma on a gun in events like this, it might only be fair to the buyer to let them know the history of it. I knew a person that when he hit his thumb he praised the Lord. When ask why, he said something about it was better then cussing and it was his own fault for hitting himself.
  22. Couple things, I believe it could be sold, this is just my opinion. I don't like the go throw it in the river idea. Some people attach a stigma to guns when they have been connected to a death/murder or suicide. To me that is no more then a believing in ghosts. I really can't see a legal reason why you could not be allowed to sell it since it was returned to you. I am not a lawyer, nor do I play one on TV. Sounds like that shop went overboard or at least over reacted because you ask a question. That shop may be a bit paranoid.
  23. My first deer I killed, I was 11 years old 300 yards. I use my Remington .270. I still hunt with the same gun. Well i have never scoped myself but true I have never felt a shot when firing at a deer.
