Time to bring back Tarring and feathering.   "Tarring and feathering is a form of public humiliation, used to enforce unofficial justice or revenge".

I am surprised the first officer let him drive off with out a helmet.  Last year a guy I work with got pulled over on his bike for out of date tags and they would not let him leave the scene. Told him to have it towed and his dad came with a trailer and they loaded up the bike.  Drove over to the license place, re tagged it and then drove to work.  The officer waited with him beside the road until his dad showed up with the trailer.  (BTW, this was not a young kid, he is about 35).

looks fake to me or that guy down range has some super good ear protection as he appeared surprised after a number of shots and time had passed.  Shooting started at about 12 seconds up to 34 ish. Maybe his hearing protection is to the point of making him completely oblivious to his surroundings.  (myself I want to get the noise down into a safe level but still want to hear what is going on around me).   I don't like that course at all were someone could end up down range unaware another shooter may be coming down behind him as well.

I have heard of people catching them in live traps and using that method.  However I would not do that.   Since you said in Oak Ridge, I have heard of the Animal Shelter picking them up a few times over the years when suspected they may have rabies. 

This one really gets me.  I seriously I always wanted a pet skunk (fixed of course).  Closest state I could have got one at the time was FL.  I even read the book on how to care for them.  Trust me, there are some things to know if you are serous about getting one.  But it is against the law for me to do so.

Recently I was involved in a tragic boating accident in my 2 man dinghy while transporting all my firearms.  They have been lost in Norris Lake and thus the lost of those may have skewed the results of the whole survey.

I have used H&R block software for a few years.  It has done me good.   Plus my aunt buys it, it includes 5 free e files.  she for her family and has 1 efile left.  sends it to me. after you run out of Efiles, you can still do additional ones by paper or pay 10 dollars for additional efiles.
