Air Force pilot turns in his wings after low flyover.
vontar replied to Jasongar8's topic in General Chat
Well I was misinformed back then and I had no Internet to look it up on then. Back when I was 18-20 the Internet was nothing like it is now days. However, certainly to late now. I forgot what placement they had in mind for me but it was not something I wanted. Maybe the guy just told me I was outside the age to be a fighter pilot to get me to reconsider. -
The problem with scanner radio, and others like it, it depends on someone local in that area dedicating a scanner and having it setup correctly. I have compared the one for Oak Ridge to my actually scanner. They seem to be missing part of the trunk channels. I am no expert but that what i noticed, I have mined configured a bit different and get a bit more. Since we are on Scanner Radio, don't consent to a search in KY and get caught with that app. Man Charged With Possession Of Illegal App - The RadioReference.com Forums

Even though it is, it does give an idea how fast a situation could happen. It would be hard to simulate that situation as everyone involved would know something was going on, although they might not have all the details. They would be on edge until it happened.

well keep in mind, in that article, normally 3 onces or less is normally handled by mail, instead of in court. Sounds like they are abusing their power as well because he is Willie Nelson. However, this should make for some interesting case law. I just feel afterward anyone should be able to claim to have equal treatment in any state. I know I am pushing that a bit but we are one nation, and that is the 14th amendment that should be above all states.

I was just showing you how things will be distorted in 200 years.

My problem when I go to the shows is I really don't know prices good enough to know if I would be getting a good deal or not. I have not been shopping around that much and I don't have a big wish list yet. My problem is I would probably see something and decide I would like to have that then not know if it is over priced which probably would be. Someday I would like to get my hands on some WW2 guns but I certainly don't want to over pay and I want them to work. I really don't know which ones I want either.

200 years from now, someone is going to look up and see, Ebow1, and find a side note about the Pizza box. Now that I reminded you of that I have to say something nice. That will probably be looking you up to figure out their family history and how they became rich and famous before Ebow1 made it big, and they were just trying to get back to their roots.

Air Force pilot turns in his wings after low flyover.
vontar replied to Jasongar8's topic in General Chat
I was told back then to fly the fighter jet they wanted a person to enter the Air Force and in short get the Higher Education from the Air Force instead or that maybe that would have just increased my chances. I know I was told with a 4 year degree I would have been on a fast track to Officer School though. -
Song and Small fine. Willie Nelson's drug possession charges could be over for a song | Nashville Criminal Defense Attorney Blog Seems it was packed really well, as when it was unwrapped it was only 3 onces instead of 6 . OK, so this should become case law for anyone else that get busted for an equal or lesser amount if this happens. Anyone else should be able to use the 14th amendment to get an equal sentence. I just don't like it when rich people can admit to drugs and get nothing when if I did the same thing and did not have the money to throw at it I would have to do serious time. Don't get me wrong, even though I have never smoked pot, I don't have any personal problems against it. I have seen people more messed up on alcohol. ******** BTW, I looked it up best I could tell, in Texas 2 to 4 oz*class A misdemeanor1 year$4,000 So if he does not have to server any jail time and gets off for 3 onces with a song and fine. That is what I am saying anyone else should be able to get the same, at least for first offense.

True, in this case the BG knew what to expect, of course everyone in the room knew as well. Also if we want to go down a road like this, a room full of people if they would MOB mad rush one BAD GUY, it would be like storming a castle wall. More training, DUCK, go for cover while pulling my gun needs to be in the plan. Need to be a hard target to hit while firing at the BAD GIRL (trying to be equal opportunity tonight, giving equal time). Trying to make clean shots, Try to make the first shot count if at all possible.

Air Force pilot turns in his wings after low flyover.
vontar replied to Jasongar8's topic in General Chat
wow, he knew the rules, play stupid games, win stupid prizes. He is getting off easy. Since he was about to leave the airforce anyways. Cost him 2 months pay. I remember when I was 18, I wanted to fly fighter jets so bad I could taste it, I was told by eye doctors since I was 10 though My eyes would never qualify to fly any think more then a kite. By the time I was 20, I had 20/15. I could have been Air force or Navy Pilot with those eyes however as I under, I believe to be a fighter pilot I was suppose to enter the program at 18. I might be wrong, something tells me I was 1 year to old to enter to be fighter pilot. -
On my Dad's side. I don't have much to back this up. However of of my ancestors born around 1832, who's first wife died. He fought for the Union and after the war married a daughter of a man won fought for the Confederate. Then they had I believe 3 children. I would have to pull out the family tree to be exact on the facts. Until I got an Ancestry.com account he was the farthest back the family near back and that was because the oldest relative in the family at the time grew up hearing about him. However no one had any records before him in the family. With Ancestry.com I got back to 1760 and found my found my family in NC. So from 1760 to 2010 we only went from NC to East TN. On Mom's side and no I don't I put much stock in this as there is no way to back it up, but her side once claimed to some how be distance related to Robert E. Lee. Mom does not even thing this hold any water, she thing it is some where back someone's maiden name was also Lee. However that is common. However I tried to back that up on Ancestry.com but found no connection. I figure there are enough people that have researched his family that if there was any link it would have came up. I both mom and Dad's side of the family fought in both WWI and WWII.

Looking to rent an appliance dolly - Knoxville

DaveTN In reply to Post 80. I dint' want to quote everything I have heard that after fixing a Suspended DL, it can take several days for the records to be totally updated, from county level though the state level in some cases. I do not know why there is a delay in the process. We all know that computers should be instance updates. However I do agree, Once OP gets his new card needs to have someone run a check.

Yup. Get into the comments, In the comments, I don't' see allot of, but they where good boys either. -
Took allot longer then 120 seconds to get in that safe. They used a big angle grinder and plasma cutter, not tools that are in a normal cat burglar bag. They edited the video while they worked on it. However I agree, storing the ammo in there was not a good idea and did not help. The Fire I am certain exceeded the fire rating of the safe. This leads me to believe one might consider a water sprinkler above the safe in case of fire if possible to add extra time. Hell I am almost surprised they are not required by some nanny laws though out our entire homes already anyways now.

Obama's father in WWII??!!?? or so he says
vontar replied to Dolomite_supafly's topic in General Chat
Misleading yes, According to Snopes, snopes.com: Fortunate Grandson He is talking about the primary male parental figure in his life, his maternal grandfather Stanley Dunham. -
Contacting the DA to let the DA now about the error might be a good idea, it would save the DA some time. The DA would of course to their own fact checking. They would not take OP's letter at face value. If the DA does not charges what would the process be to get his gun back? It could certainly save time in the court system. It would save a useless case in court.
