  1. I second that.
  2. May I take the 5th?
  3. In TN, you need a HCP to OC or CC. In short, LEO sees a Handgun, he/she has the right to ask to see your permit and you had better have it on your person. In TN even if you have a permit and you forget it at home while carrying you are in violation. If you forget your wallet with your permit and you notice, the best thing to do is to separate your gun and ammo for safe transport as if you had no permit. In KY you can OC with out a permit. In KY you need a permit to CC. I am not an expert on KY. I am not a lawyer nor do I play one on the internet.
  4. Ohio is a Must Inform Officer: YES If you are stopped, you must inform at the begining. Sir, I would like to inform you that I have a HCP and I am armed. If you check the same site, in MI I found there is case law that a man waited about 40 seconds and a court ruled that delay was not immediate.
  5. Proof bacon goes with everything.
  6. I would like to see a picture of the sign. but I agree they are not required to remove the signs. However the even CCP holders part makes it misleading to those that don't know the law. I wonder if the sign are referring to is a sign of multiple rules that includes firearms or if it is just a no firearms type sign. My opinion is if a sign is only dealing with firearms it should be removed, however if it is multiple rules, then it should be replaced as needed as the law requires making sure the NEW sign does not contain anything about no firearms.
  7. As my local dealer says, you can carry as many as you swim with.
  8. It has reduced my drinking when I go out. I decide if I want to carry or not. My wife likes it, she does not have to drive home as much and she gets to drink a bit more. It is cheaper too, she does not drink as much as me. Allot of truth in that.
  9. Interesting you said the K31, I have one that has been converted to 308. It may have been the K11 that was converted. I am not 100 percent on the history.l BTW, I picked up my Mosin today. It is a 1932, Hex. The wood is very nice as well. I have to get it cleaned up. I got the full kit with it.
  10. New York being Number 2. Seems the Mayor against Guns, needs to fix this more urgent problem in his own city before he trys to take on things in other states.
  11. I am with Will Carry on this. I I don't even fit in in Knoxville, I would certainly not be a good fit in New York City. I can not image anything New York City has that I need that I can not have shipped to my house. Sure, some day I woulnd't mind seeing a few of the sights but I don't wants to spends thousands of dollars getting there just for that. I am not made of money.
  12. Maybe some BS but good example.
  13. That is my thought on it. Myself I don't believe it.
  14. Yup, and I don't even reload, YET. But I know I might start one day.
  15. Mortars, are not to be used by just anyone. Kinda like grenades. You just don't want some people using them.
  16. Montana Radio Shack offers free gun or pizza with satellite TV purchase Montana Radio Shack offers free gun or pizza with satellite TV purchase – This Just In - CNN.com Blogs Came home from work and my wife told me about this when I walked in the door.
  17. Needing the permit for law abiding citizen's is the first sign there is something wrong with the system.
  18. I have been saying that for years. Take a small town for example. If there is nothing produced, there is no new money coming in. It will just die over time because Money is going out as they import goods and send out money. While some people are working small business' around that town, others are not. The only new money coming in is from people working outside the town, well fair, and other types of money that are not producing products. It is hard for me to type out my train of thought. However over time that town in my example gets more and more poor. The only way to bring in new money is to have producing jobs. What holds true for a small town, holds true for larger towns, counties, States and our Country.
  19. I now have Rudolph hanging on my wall. You will need night vision to see him now. BTW, he was a 6 point.
  20. 108,500 plus people watching the eagle sleep right now.
  21. grats. How has she put up with you?
  22. I can't prove it but I was Driving on the KY side of the border once on highway 90, south of Middlesboro KY and saw some large black cat once when I was about 19 or 20. Never new for sure what it was, I know it had a long tail and it was no house cat. To this day I still don't know what I saw, it was large and black. It was not a wildcat/bobcat. At the time, I thought it was a black panther, or something like that but never knew for sure. Never seen another one. I used to drive that road allot when I was in college.
  23. I am 300 pounds, 6' tall. if someone kicks in my door and comes in I have reasonable fear. I don't believe they are there for tea and good conversation. Not a lawyer, nor do I have a habit of staying a nice hotels and waking up feeling smart.
  24. They are currently out. Probably a good think I am getting some with my gun.
  25. Yea, it wont' be the cheapest to shoot, but I am gettin 4 clips with it. YES CLIPS.
