Much like TGO David said I have heard of people doing that to their mailboxes. Prefect example we don't have a justice system, it is a legal system. However, the Kids in the Story should have been charged with a Federal Felony as well.

I talked to some local Wardens and they just told me I picked the wrong year to plan to hunt wild hogs. BTW, I found a place I can deer hunt and if I see a wild hog shoot it at with out breaking the law. This means I will probably hunt at least one WMA this year, unless some land owner gives me a break and lets me hunt their land to help rid them of wild hogs. It is my experience most would rather complain about the problem then let someone hunt on their land as well. Dad and I have known people that had problems though the summer with deer eating their crops and complain and complain about it, then fall comes. We ask can we hunt on your land, no, we like watching the deer, would hate to have anyone shoot and scare them off. Mind you we knew these people and they didn't hunt them and they didn't let others hunt there either. (not close to houses either) Just an access road to the field. All you can do is respect their wish and go else where.

I know we have coyote in Oak Ridge I have pictures of them from just a few months ago. Yet it is against the law to go armed in the public parks. There was 2 together when we saw this one. This was the small one, the other one was quite a big bigger.

I think that is what is confusing people about small game and centerfire as well. What applys on WMA land is different then other lands.

R_Bert, Thanks for making me look that up I just found out, we also need a migratory bird permitt to shoot them. LOL type 006 for 2.00 I don't think I plan to shoot a crow anyways. In Oak Ridge there is also some that are not police( private company) that have Security Police written on their Chevy Blazers. I betBkelm18 knows them as well. Maybe be the same out fit I am not certain. But their office is near Home Depot. I know they are armed security, but they are not law enforcement on the open road. Also I have recently seen a black crown Vic driving around that recently had the black doors replaced with white doors giving it a 2 tone look at a distance, it makes you wonder until you get closer.

I believe they just broke down small game into what you can and cannot use center fire by using the chart on page 18. Pick your target on 20, then pick your gun on 18. Notice, no Muzzle loading Turkey hunts like the pilgrims and if you use the chart only certain Shotgun ammo. Better be glad I am not working for the TWRA, I might add one hunt. The Pilgrim Turkey hunt, muzzle Loading shot guns only. (would have to check to see if that is safe). But I would fix the hog hunt.

at the time of my first post I did not have the 2011 guide I have it now. and with my posts after that. I am most upset over the hog season. If I knew who to call above TWRA to complain I would. Page 20 Beaver, coyote, groundhog, striped skunk - Open year-round, no limit. and groundhog is listed with the small game Furbearers on page 20. You can then look at the chart on page 18 at what you are allowed you shot Furbearers with and center fire is one of the choices. Just for the Record, they added CROW to the Furbearers group, seems they want us to shoot crows as well. Dad will like that, as he hates those things.

I almost find it hard to believe she had time get 2 people with rifles willing to comment such a crime like that. What I am saying I don't know if her phone call was to the 2 armed men. I would need to see the connection and evidence the DA is using to link the 2 events. I know the shooting happened. I know she spanked the child. Or, You could call a place, ask them if they have something and when they do, tell them you will be right down, 20 minutes later call them back ask for the manager.
