I did not see this post yesterday but when I walked into work yesterday a co worker told me about it. It made me sick. After he is found guilty I hope he gets put in general population awaiting final sentence.

Yup, we don't have 5 day riots here for good reason. There is a gun behind every blade of grass so to speak and yet we pretty much have freedom. Image that, guns keep us both Free and Safe.

I am one of them. But I support his right to run his business his way. Just if I don't need it, I won't carry my wallet though his doors. Last week, I took some rings in a jewelry story to have them cleaned for the warranty and they tried to up sell me. I pointed out their posted sign and that I did not carry my wallet past that sign either. I had about a 10 minute talk with the manager. He had some questions, he might not have been sold but he seemed to get the idea that only law abiding people will follow those signs.

We are suppose to ask permission before buying? I am not sure that will really help me aquirement more guns and ammo.

I have been complaining about both sides for years. Both Sides do what they can to keep people divided among the party lines and very little gets done. Lincoln said it, a house divided against it's self can not stand. They keep this country divided and it is getting us no where.

I think if you buy 3 or 5 guns in 3-5 days or something like that you get reported to the ATF. There is X number of guns in a certain time period. I am not certain of the number of guns and days though. I did know it but I can not quote it. Most I have brought at once is 2. Figure I would stay under radar. I can beat that. Came home from college did the same only I found a small black snake. Worse part, I was checking the battery and I had already been trying to start it. I had already been on it trying to push start it and roll it off a hill and put it in gear to get it to fire, both of which failed. Second I had dad pulling me down the road before I go it to fire. Found the snake after I had the engine running and I was checking other things. As as as black widow spiders, I have found a few in east TN out in the woods but you never know where something like that is going to end up. As others I don't care for spiders.

I assume you plan to use it on your vacation, (deer hunting right)? I would consider that a vacation expense.

I am going back to the part, the gun has no soul even on this. The gun did not comment the crime the person using it did. However, one person made a very good argument to me as a reason for this, the guns serial number would forever be linked to the murder and it should forever be removed which makes some sense.

any example might be KY. KY is a gold star carry state. You can OC in KY if you are legal age and not a felon. They have a parking lot bill in place. I rather hope allot of people give the pigs a free pass this year to breed, be fruitful so they can go forth and multiply. However, I will try to hunt one WMA land and Deer season at the same time, the guide says I can. However I really want to find a land owner that has a pig problem.

Yup, while the bad guy is already locked and loaded. Don't you love how the law makers can't see how they give the law breakers an unfair advantage? I have an idea. Maybe how everyone in Kali likes to get behind things like prop 19 and Prop X to get on the News. Maybe they should start a prop to get their gun rights back. How about something like this this, All the body guards in California are only allowed to carry their firearms unloaded and should be required to load them as the need arises? (including the ones for the Politicians. If it is good enough for the civilians, it is good enough for them.) That should work to get it changed. We all know the bad guys are not following any laws, so why give them the upper hand. Fix the sytem, don't take rights away from the citizens. Politicans need to remember they were citizens first. If this was at work, I would be accused of thinking out side of the box again.

like Lester Weevils, when we brought my wifes Tauras, brought an off lease from Ford with the remaining factory warranty. Got it about 1 year old, about half the list price of a new Tauras with it's options. They tried to sell me the extended warranty I declined. (turned out to be the good moved as we recently just past the mileage that would have expired that). The Car has been good for us.

I agree with him, tougher laws won't help, they just need to enforce the laws they already have on the books. They, the politician, are just over reacting to the media and doing the only thing they know how to do, pass more laws. Notice politicians have giving up their primary job of representing the people and are only their for their own political grains any more. They all collect and spend more money on their campaigns to be elected to their jobs then they will ever make in the job (legally) yet they leave the job with pertly of money. These are the people that are suppose to be trying to balance the budget right now? Horse . Oops wrong rant.

were I work, there is at least one person parks in a parking lot of another business across the road to keep from violating company policy. In my mind this makes it worse because now everyone knows he has a gun locked up in his car. Kinda singles his car out to those that know. I know of others that just violate compan policy as in at least 7 years no cars have been searched. They are playing the odds. Someone posted on the board a few months back, someone got fired in a news story their car was broke into while at work, and when the police report made it back to the company the person was fired because it had an inventory of stolen items including a pistol. So that is something to consider. (I want a parking lot bill, similar to KY for TN).

THe paperwork for land owners it not bad, however the back up pick ups part is probably a no.

I will keep my 21 year old ford ranger a bit longer. It is still a baby. I told my wife the other day it just old enough to drink now which is a good thing since they are putting ethanol in our gas. It was a new truck before I had my DL.

The only thing would be, since their was a complaint called in the the investigating officers should have got some information whether or not they found anything wrong. They should have notes, kinda like a reporter, who, what, when, etc, case closed. EDIT*** Mind you, I know nothing about server papers. I could not look at one and know if it was real or fake and if someone came to my house of a night time trying to server papers I would not open the door either. I would tell them to come back during the day. *** However, as you described, the server was out of line as well. He could have been civil about it. Also they don't have to show up after dark. (like they say nothing good happens after dark). I had a car hit parked on the side of the road, I called and ask for a report, the officer told me we might not never find out who did it, I said I understand however I just want a report at this point so a week later my wife don't get blamed for hitting someone else.

and if there is no season, we all know it is illegal. Much like the protected hogs that are targeted for eradication by not allowing us year around season like last year.
