Even if the Judge had not been compromised, there would have almost certainly been appeals. We were not about to end the end of them. There is no such thing as lock them up and throw away the key. However if a trial is put up, then I think they should all face the death penalty during the retrial. You want a retrial, then the people want to be able to increase the charges as well. Since they took it, the only thing that really bothers me is that they did it so close to houses. I don't think so, as Smoke Mnt Knife works sells surplus casings that have been drilled and defused. They have a hole in the bottom and still have the handle. Still have a pin that could be pulled. You can unscrew the top and look it how damaged it is. I have looked up the specs on it, and it is cut off right below the delay unit just above were the the should be detonator. Droid X has Sat GPS and Tower GPS, I believe Iphone only has Tower GPS unless it has changed. I love my Droid X and it is now the old model droid. Still does everything I want. I held off on smart phones until a year ago and now I love it. Droid you don't have to use Itunes to sync but if you use Itunes already for music will then no big deal. I am grandfathered in on unlimited data with verison. I was in before the change. So they will probably have me for a long time.

I just took it, came back as a Natural leader. I had to think about it, then I figured it is situational. If crap is going down I make fast decisions, but if I am having to play by someone Else's rule book like at work I am actually slower because I am accountable to their rules and my job depends on it. example. Fire alarm goes off middle of the night in a hotel, I got my wife and I out (8 floors.) She thought it was a drill. I said hell we are going. Others in the hall that opened their doors, didn't know if they wanted to leave the building or not I yelled the exit is this way and we are going. I was leading my wife. I didn't have time to lead more. Follow or stay, a couple came a couple stayed. Firefights showed up and did make everyone exit. Turned out it wasn't a fire but it was a real unplanned 3 a.m. alarm. Had it been a real fire, I was doing what I could, but I knew there was a chance it could be a fire on another floor so it was best to exit sooner then later as we were 8 floors away. We also knew there was work being done on the 6th floor as I had ask for a lower floor the day before so that was in my mind that maybe something had go out of hand. So I wasn't taking a chance.

I saw that and it did scare me that some of those guys use lead soldering to connect the copper to prevent leaks and well that does lead to lead poison. Also you have to now you can trust the person that makes the shine as there are some bad ones out there that made some rot gut awful to the stuff that will kill you. Is there such a thing. yup. I know some that gave it up 30 plus years ago I would love to learn from. People still talk about what they made. I think it should be come a rule that when someone picks up what is suppose to be an unloaded gun like that and finds one in the chamber it (and Mag) the ammo becomes the finders. Kind of a finders fee for a safety check. This happens far to often. Serious if someoen hands me a gun and tell me it is unloaded and I find a ammo I am going to joke and say I should get to keep this since it wasn't in it right?

no, I don't plan to shoot a deer with it. However what ever pistol I carry might be useful for a final headshot. I remember walking up on a deer or two that was not shot perfect and needed a shot to the heat to finish. A pistol would have been nice instead of using the rifle. I like this, but not sure if I realy want a 9mm, Like the gun, but again it is a 9.
