got laid off

That is good to hear. That should make your regular bills a bit easier to deal with and give you some room to get some saving/retirement planning going.
2. I still can't find a PMR-30 in stock any place. (other then gun broker inflated prices)
3.
What I do to figure out the maximum range is set the target up at 50 yards. The target you use should be the same size as the intended target. I start by shooting a single shot at 10 yards. I fire then I count and mark my hits on target. Then I move back to 15 yards and shoot again. Then to 20 yards. Once I miss the target with at least one pellet I consider that as the maximum effective range. At least for self defense purposes. Dolomite
So you are saying he needs to move up and use it as a club Wewoapsiak I bet you just flinched. Allot of people do. 4.
Yeah it just doesn't make sense... How on earth do you get enough scrap metal out of a gun to cover the cost or running a program like this? My guess, the firearms are likely kept in a warehouse somewhere... probably costing taxpayers a lot of money.
another useless waste of money. Politicians have no regard for spending other people's money. Most of them have voted for things they themselves would not spend their own money on.
5. Many have said what I thought, I don't think I could eat only my favorite food for a year straight, never mind this. I believe as others have said this would be a good start for some people. Think about it, if almost everyone kept 1 year food supply available, if/when the crap hits the fan everyone would be better off. Kind of a herd immunity against famine. Plus it gives the novice person a good place to start.
6. Jayc, you nailed it. I was going to say something about FFL transfer but you went well beyond what I was thinking.
7. Walking Dead Glenn probably had the most bad ass solo zombie kill in the series last episode.
8. I got everything to make it. Little late tonight, so I will make it tomorrow after work. I will post back what I think about it.
9. Today I was parked behind a smart car when I went to leave. I tried a short wheel base ranger and For a moment I thought I could almost fit that car in the back of my truck and haul it off.
10. a friend just showed me this on FB.
11. I love seeing sales like this. However I never buy new.
12.
I think it's a media conspiracy to sweep trampling stories under the rug. ;0)
Much like the trampled people. Stores should not be allowed to advertise super deals and have very limited stock on them to create these mass crowds that have to violate local fire-code regulations.
13. almost got me. spider senses kicked in on time.
14. The bigger the misprint/mistake the better it is for you. Price, really depends on what a collector will pay, as they are all different.
15. Yup, I really like it. Now we need a piggy cover for grenades.

I Won!!!!

Angus, see good things happen when you leave NY. I am happy for you.
17. dam that sucks. yes let the PD handle and then do it legally. I agree with your stance, it is because of the way they left with out caring. Dad always taught me, if I make a mistake, stand up and own it. I remember hm telling me if I got in trouble at school I would get in trouble at home, but it would be worse is someone else told him instead of me.

I still say, they should at a bare minimal. have to run the serials and try to find stolen property before destroying any.
19. I remember many times reading about the Mexican Army 'accidentally' crossed our border and we just turned them around and sent them home. I remember when this event was first posted and there was allot of discussion.
20.
If you are aware of a department destroying functional firearms you need to report that to the state police and your legislator. It is a crime under state law to do so.

I have a correction to make. Apparently Metro PD does destroy them. I have been told by an MPD officer that they get hauled over to Steiner-Liff and come out as sparkly confetti.
Hmm, need to find this law and then find out if Metro PD really does destroy them.
21.
He should have just made them pay double the regular price - so that the prices were more fairly redistributed - lol!
well he is thinking in that direction.
He said he will not be conducting a litmus test to determine the customer’s political views but that he is considering giving discounts to registered Republicans and Libertarians.
22. Perhaps people should make this once and see what is really is like. I am thinking about trying it once. I mean there isn't anything really in there that I would not eat. I almost bet it would be a good weight lose diet if one eat it for any length of time.
