As far as the math they could easily have a chart   a known distance and time to = speed. Same distance an and various times listed to show different speeds.   I agree there could be variable, but if a person is exceeding in a high amount the variable would be decreased.   However, most have radar/laser guns that just give a number.

I noticed how bad I looked when I took a new picture for FB and I was sending in a dark room with only the light of a monitor on one side of my face, so it is all dark and half of my face.  One scary looking picture and when I put the NRA label on it, I decided it would do more harm then good.

plus 1 on the tactical beard.   After No Shave November and also not shaving though Dec. I now have a tactical beard as well. I went to change my picture but the picture I took looks like a person you would not want to run into in a dark alley

Should the Assault Weapons Ban Be Reinstated? 1.62% Yes 98.38% No     correct me if I am wrong, all the polls I am seeing are overwhelming against it, but when the media talks it makes it sound like70 percent of the country is for it.   I keep hearing about senators/congress for it, but not hearing much from allot of them as to were they stand.   The silent ones concern me, are waiting to see which way the political wind is really blowing to try and stay with the in crowd or still making deals, you vote for mine and I will vote for yours.

They are going for the emotional vote.   I fear to many 2nd amendment supports in the senate and congress are going to change sides.  They are going to paint such a picture that those in office will fear for their job if they don't.   I am going to worry there won't even be enough to negotiate the bill down.  They have ask for everything and if enough don't oppose it they will get it. We need to keep cool heads, but let our voices be heard.

          Bring me back some Jim Beam Devil's Cut.  I will stay with our fort here in TN.   Seriously, It only takes one hot head to mess that up.

Chicago is more dangerous then active war zones.  That is saying something for a city that had very strict gun control laws.

I really hope it isn't the distributors hording up, in the wrong run if they run a new gun control law though in a hurry they will be stuck with firearms that they could have sold to the public and no longer call.   Has anyone thought about how much debate will actually go into something like this before they vote it?
