My coworker used KAK for his .308 build which is where I got the referral. He's had great results so far. I did some research and found very positive reviews. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I ordered a muzzle brake from Amazon and received it yesterday. Apparently they sent me the wrong one because it won't thread onto the KAK. I think it's their 5.56 model. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I too have heard murmurs of feed issues. I'm anxiously awaiting January 31st which is when I'll attend my safety class for MSSA and become a full member. That day I'll be firing it to test function... I doubt I'll have an optic by then. I may not even have iron sights... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I'll look into the Diamondback, thanks for the tip! This is my first foray into any kind of distance shooting so I'm learning as I go. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I received my muzzle brake today and apparently they sent me the wrong one. I ordered the correct size 5/8-24 and what I received is much smaller. Possible for a 5.56. In other news, I think I've chosen my optic. The Vortex Crossfire 3-9x50 has piqued my attention. Anyone have experience with it? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Without doing a detailed list I'd say around $700... Maybe. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hey guys, Palmetto State Armory had some smoking deals on their PA10 blemished uppers and lowers so I did what any gun nut would do... I started an AR10 build! List so far: PSA PA10 stripped upper PSA PA10 stripped lower Magpul MOE stock/ PSA buffer/spring/tube PSA lower parts kit PSA forward assist PSA ejection port cover KAK Industries gas tube & lo pro gas block KAK Industries 18" stainless barrel Odin Works KMod 15.5 FF hand guards BCM Gunfighter Mod 4 charging handle PSA BCG Model 10 muzzle brake The barrel, gas tube, and gas block will be here today so I'll have a completely functioning rifle by 3 o'clock ! The muzzle brake comes in later this week and I'll have to buy some backup iron sights... Probably the Magpul's. What do you guys think? I'll post some more pictures once she get a bit closer to done. Thanks for looking! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Germantown TN Police recently converted to the H&K P30 LEM in .40.
-
My apologies for not getting back with you guys sooner. I spoke with the Officer who handled the bids and he said we had fired approx. 5,000 rounds (.40) through the 320 before "the trigger seized". Apparently the weapon would fire one round and not re-cock, causing it to be unfireable. I would like to add that the 5,000 rounds were not shot concurrently, but in 500 round (approx) sessions.

I'll find out the exact failure for you. We didn't torture test it, but I bet we put 1,000 rounds through it over the course of a month. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

My department tested the 320 several months ago during new duty weapon testing. Through normal range shooting we caused some type of failure leading to the 320 being dropped from testing and being sent back to SIG. YMMV. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I would disagree with you there. The level of retention the holster provides is surprisingly high. I doubt anything less than an intentional grab could dislodge the pistol. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

You know I'm not sure of the exact reason that cutout is so defined. Drawing and presentation is very fast with his setup. Oh, and thanks, I like the tan too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Yes, that picture is of me and the holster I purchased today. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
Has anyone seen these? Was at the local Guns and Ammo here in Memphis and spotted an entire rack of them. Fit, form, and build quality are great. Fits very close to the body. Price was $79.99. I went home and couldn't find a place to buy them online, only a website and Facebook page. Here mine: H&K P2000 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Exactly, always have a secondary. It's considered evidence. Even in a self defense shoot. Sent from my iPhone 4 using Tapatalk -

Until a full investigation is done and a the evidence is presented to the DA the weapon is held as evidence. That is how it is done around me, anyway. Sent from my iPhone 4 using Tapatalk
