I use the 2.5L ultrasonic cleaner from Harbor Freight. I use a mixture of water and Simple Green Pro HD aluminum safe cleaner. My bolt carrier groups have have never been cleaner!

Is there a good EDC that's large enough for accuracy at 30yds?

I’ve shot my Glock 19, HK P30, and P2000 out to 100yds. I’d say accuracy at 30 yards is more shooter than weapon system. I’d go with a 19 sized double stack 9mm and practice on grip and trigger control. -

Tactics changed after Columbine. Up to that point it was “create a perimeter, wait for SWAT”. Since then it’s changed a few times... from “wait for a 5 man team” to “wait for a 4 man team-diamond formation” to now, first there first in. I’ve been a police officer for 11 years, please understand that the actions of this one man do not represent the feelings of 99.9999% of law enforcement officers. The Officers I work with would be knocking each other over to get inside that building and engage that threat. The public duty doctrine states that governmental entities have a duty to protect the populace as a whole, unless a special relationship is established. In this instance, a special relationship was established when those citizens relied upon that Officer for protection. He is liable, the department is liable. Yessir, unsuppressed it functions perfectly fine, all the time. Which led me to believe it was over gassed while suppressed, so I started with the gas ring. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hey all! I’ve got an AR-10 built with PSA parts that is giving me a heck of a time while shooting suppressed. While suppressed the rifle constantly stovepipes spent casings causing obvious problems. I recently replaced the gas ring on the PSA bolt with a JP Enterprises enhanced one piece ring and the problem continues. I’m thinking I’ll try a new buffer next, then maybe an adjustable gas block.
