The glasses don't cost the theater 40 dollars. If you take them, the theater may charge you 40 dollars, though. That's because of the perceived income loss for the glasses, based on a 3 dollar per person charge for viewing the 3D movie. I suppose that theater figures each pair of glasses will be used 13 times before needing to be destroyed.

Today, I played with my baby niece all day It was a great day except for one little thing... I was in the kitchen loading the dishwasher, had her in the floor playing with my cell. Saw her get up running down the hall but didn't stop her as all the doors were closed...or so I thought. Seconds later I heard a kerplunk. Yup, she tried flushing my phone I would have been pissed if it wasn't for her yelling "ooh noes" repeatedly. Ohwell, small price for enjoyment, I suppose

Your student loans are Federal dollars. Doesn't matter if it was a direct loan from the Government or from a private bank. Both are Fed dollars. What the student loan amendment did was essentially cut out the middle man in the process. That means the Government will now see the money from your interest instead of a bank. What that will do to your interest rates is anybodies guess.
