I'll second the "why is this news" Si! Can't say anything about state employees but I have personally parked in no parking areas before without hassle when inadequate parking is available.

This is how I understand it. I read about it when it first came into the news and I don't remember anything about the wording including Government control.

Never found anything, myself. My dad, however, has found oodles and oodles of cool crap whilst clearing virgin land (heavy equipment operator). He's found everything from antique pump vacuums and old collectible bottles to high dollar marbles(like these. have several of the cane swirles).

There are some restrictions on them. Don't remember all of them since it's been years since I worked grocery, but I do remember deli foods and pre-prep foods are not allowed. That said, I also remember seeing people get 'cash back' from their cards. Not change, but an actual cash allowance. Now, the ironic thing is the ones that would get 'cash back' would always use the money to buy deli cooked food and beer.... then drive home in their Cadi with leather

After I had my wreck, I dropped from 220 to around 160 lbs. For two months I couldn't gain any weight to save my life until I left the hospital\rehab. One day at outpatient rehab, one of the doctors asked me how I was gaining my weight back so rapidly. I said "beer". He said "you gotta stop". I said "are you telling me to drink more hard liquor?"

Exposing your sexual organs to someone is a sex crime. If you don't want to be labeled as such, then don't piss in public where others may see you.

Who hasn't? But I've never pissed infront of anyone which is what was in question... If somebody is pissing if front of a kid, then yes. Being drunk is no excuse for exposing yourself to others. Doing so would make them a sick person. Doesn't matter to me if they're just taking a leak or not.

See my above post. In TN that can not happen under the law.
