  1. Used to use this for foggy glasses or face shield.
  2. Was watching my niece (just shy of 2yrs) the other day. Now of coarse, just like every other child her age, every thing has to be touched, moved, and button pressed. So, we were in the kitchen "loading" the dish washer. I put "loading" in quotes as every time I turned around with a hand full of dirty dishes, I would need to reopen the dishwasher. That combined with her getting under me, behind me, opening every cabinet, and pressing every button was starting to work on me a bit. Now, normally I would just brush it off as her just being an innocent little "darling", just being a baby.... but I knew better... by the evil tone of her giggle everytime I would reopen the dishwasher, reclose a door, or turn off something she had turned on. This little "darling" was messing with my head! Messing with my head, I said ! After several minutes of this, I turned about to see her standing in front of the fridge pulling on the water knob. The top of this little "darlings" head, just tall enough to reach the bottom of the water and ice opening. The projected trajectory of water leaving the spicket just ever so right to spray her cute wittlle nose. So, me being me, I tell her to push on it. She looked up at me, eyes wide open, bright faced, and smile as she just found the secret key to a new weapon she could use in her evil little efforts to quietly destroy me. She presses on it and to her surprise, gets a nice little squirt right on the nose. I'll use the phrase "nice little squirt" here, but in reality, she was nearly soaked by the experience. She turns to me, with the look of an evil plot of revenge, innocently disguised as a tear of the betrayal from the wicked act I just thrust upon her. I wipe her "darling" face off as a tear from laughter cascades down my cheek. As she turns to run into the living room in defeat, I couldn't help but to revel in the sensation of the sweet victory I just unobtrusively took. However, she was fast at work planning her very own sweet victory in the quietness of the living room. Minutes later, she devises an evil plan and executes it under the sweet assumption of just another darling baby just wanting to play. Her plan in hand, so cleverly disguised behind an innocence of a cute smile, re-enters the kitchen. Once on scene, she reaches into the cargo pocket on my 5.11 tactical pants and pulls out my cell. Once in hand, she makes a hasty retreat for the cover of a darkened hall. Me, knowing the keys on the phone are locked and all doors in the base are securely shut, didn't think twice about it. Moments later, I hear the unmistakable kerplunk of a phone being used as an apparent bombing raid of the evil bowl people. I quickly rush into the bathroom to survey the damage and carnage only to find the remanence of what was once a perfectly good phone. At this point, I so wisely called a peace conference that included my humble concession...
  3. White racist are considered leaders by some, too. I'd bet there's a close number of white racist tht are labeled leaders as there are black racist labeled leaders. gotta keep in mind that just because one person doing something wrong doesn't give another person an excuse to do it aswell. It didn't work as a kid to say "but Mom, Johnny did it first!" and it wont work now
  4. I would have figured a man such as your self would have some connections in the force...
  5. Yup! Dead horse. Threads merged and closed. Do a search for one of the many threads about this and re-up it, if you wish. Just don't bring up an old thread about caliber wars or Glocks blowing up\not blowing up
  6. That's awesome! I think I'll use that next time I see a honey at the bar... "hey girl! If you build me a house, I'll let you have sex with me."
  7. Not really sure what you mean by saying it's against your morals and saying that anyone without your gun carrying "morals" are sell outs. i suppose that makes me a sell out for not carrying to check my mail Whatever floats your boat, I suppose...
  8. It's your gun and your car, so do as you wish.
  9. I think that maybe you don't get it.You have no rights to work anywhere. You have no right to carry a gun on someone else's property. Whether that's a families property, a friends property, or your bosses propery. Choosing not to carry while on the job that you have no right to, does not in any way effect the second amendment.
  10. Your an instructor, right? Your advise sounds sound except for turning on the bedroom light and yelling. If someone breaks in my home, there's no way I'm doing either of those. They showed their intent when they came in. They further showed their intent by coming into my bedroom where anybody would be in the middle of the night. No need to put me in any more danger because of what I think an attorney might think.
  11. Because a gun doesn't take two mechanics with a lift and a cherry picker over a weekend...
  12. Reminds me of an episode of Futurama where the Professor finds the door to several parallel universes in abunch of small cardboard boxes
  13. Are you serious? You can have all the 'values' you want.... while being homeless from not being able to pay you mortgage
  14. How would the flat tax work with the internet? They're unable to mend it now with just state taxes. Not sure how they could keep track of it without the IRS
  15. Carter's will rent any used handgun they have. As far as which one... don't confine yourself to the only gun you have experience with. They're oodles of handguns in that price range that may suit you and your needs better.
  16. They can ask you to cover it up, put it in your car, or just to leave.Nothing criminal unless you refuse to leave, then it's trespassing.
  17. strickjc.... just signed up so I'm still a n00b
  18. Why throw her out? You can always put her in the freezer and reheat later....
  19. I can't bring myself to watch Beck. However, I will give credit where credit is due. He does have some good things on his show along with some good ideas. His down side is his incredibly over exaggerating spin he puts on everything. I refuse to watch anything with a far right spin as much as I refuse to watch a far left spin. I'm not looking for spin, I'm looking for truth. On the Mormon thing, yeah, lets degrade folks for their choice of religion.

    What if.....?

Everything else would be destroyed, so why not just let them keep the ruined sofa...
  21. You apparently haven't seen some of the girls I would hook up with
  22. Tough question. I would definitely pick Hooters buffalo chicken strips....but those also come with the Hooters girl... and I just can't pick just one of those!
  23. Yes, Sir. TN law says they must post signs on all the entrances. Otherwise, you are not breaking any laws.
  24. See something in a baby carrot you recognized?
  25. Don't worry about it. To many places to search websites for, for permissions concerning carry. Most wouldn't list it anyway. No sign = carry away! Now, let me ask you a question... Where do you shoot at around here? Is there an actual range close by or just this mysterious "Pit" I keep hearing about the only place?
