  1. Welcome aboard, Martin If you ever want some 'professional' pics of that thing taken, PM me. I work free(models can be talked into free work as well ) as long as I can use the pics in portfolio (TFP).
  2. It's not just the Gov that does that. It's the "American way" to help those that are in need. It's just in our nature to do so. As long as those in which we are helping can not be seen. **** the family living on the streets that we pass by everyday. **** their kid that can not go to school because they're homeless. But send money to some kid in a 3rd world country so he may go to school
  3. Doesn't really matter whether or not you love the guy or hate the guy. What matters here is the Gov should not be using tax payers money to pay for anyone's monument that is in politics. We are not a nation to idolize politicians. One reason this country was founded...

    Pandamonium!

    That pic is so wrong
  5. JTBH, no I don't believe it will lead to further 'control' . This is not England.
  6. I agree with this. I also find it kinda humorous that so many here that continuously says the Gov fails at everything, is taking a report from the Gov to heart
  7. I really don't see how anyone could have a problem with the cameras I mean, don't run red lights or speed. Seems pretty simple. I lived less then a mile or so away from one for a few years in Brainerd. Never got pop'd. They will not get you for running a yellow light. They will not get you if it turns red while you are under it. They will not get you for stopping in the middle of the intersection waiting for traffic to move\turn\etc. They will only get you if your tires are behind the line when the light is red. They promote safety at lights where cameras are installed. I know I'll get flamed for that, but fact is, a rear end bump from slamming on the brakes is much better then a T-bone from someone running a light. The cameras do not create rear end collisions, either. The only way you can rear end someone is by following too closely. Doesn't matter if the person infront of you slams on the brakes for a yellow light or a kid chasing ball into the street. If you're following too closely, you will hit the car in front of you, and it will be your fault. I could also care less if the original intentions of the city to install cameras is solely fueled by cash, either. When it comes down to it, I would much rather funds for city projects come from a "stupid tax" from law breakers versus my tax for doing nothing wrong.
  8. I think it all depends on what the person is doing with the knofe. If he's just wondering across a parking lot, then a quick retreat and call to 911 will do. If he's coming directly at me with no option to get away, then I will probably shoot him. If he's slicing me a piece of pie, then I will probably wait until he hands me thus said piece of pie before I shoot him.
  9. I'd still hit it. Er, I mean...derka derka derka
  10. Asking me, a fat kid, what my favorite candy is, is like asking an alcoholic what his favorite beer is. That said, my usual's are: Sixlets, Reeses, Snow Caps, any dark chocolate, Zeros, Candy Corn, real liquorice, 3 Musketeers, chocolate covered raisins, yogurt covered raisins, peanut brittle. Old people like hard candies.
  11. I think, perhaps, some people haven't noticed the OP is no longer with us. Giving the OP advise at this point would be like giving me a step ladder
  12. He left out a lot of groups. So ****ing what!
  13. If his pimp hand is strong enough to send her to the couch, then the more power to him!
  14. Well, Dicks sucks for gun stuff but I shop there regularly for other sports stuff\wear. You can't beat their tennis selection and prices for the area. Sportsman's is on it's last leg. Has been for some time. It's fallen victim to the same fate as every other sports store Chattanooga has ever had. It's just not meant to be. I'd bet Academy goes under after a few short years, too. There's just been too many sports stores open and close around here for me to get excited :\
  15. I'd dump her! But then again, I take my relationship advise from Seinfeld
  16. Being a fellow gimp, I got a kick out of the falling down one
  17. Different animals. Dicks is more sporting goods\wear then outdoor
  18. Please don't get struck by lightening
  19. Don't know if they still do or not. Maybe I should have said 1911's have been carried by officers and troops for up to 100 years Point is, they've been used in dirty conditions longer then any other handgun. Both Military, Law Enforcement, and civilian.
  20. I had an explosive clam once.
  21. This is only a "feel good" bill. It also will not stand long. As soon as folks start getting pulled over or stopped for nothing more then being Latino, then heads will roll.

    Breaking News

    Depends
  23. Not sure of the surprise here. 1911's have been carried for 100 years in less then clean conditions by our troops and officers.
  24. This was too awesome to let lay so I cleaned it up a bit unfortunately, a lot of those do sound like me. Especially the move crap from bed to desk and glass of cereal
