Why is a child being sent home over a shirt not ok but a woman getting jail time over a shirt is ok? They both involve the Gov and both should fall under free speech, no? re:

I agree... but being jailed over it for two days I wonder how many DUIs this judge has let go on less time. I could understand an order to be removed from the courtroom but not jail time because a judge was offended. Makes me wonder if this judge would lock someone up for passing gas

Exactly! If we started doing the things in return that are done to us, it makes us no better then those we are fighting. No it doesn't. We do nothing, attacks will worsen because they can get away with it. We "make heads roll", the attacks will worsen in retaliation.

Guy, wear whatever helmet you wish. I'm just trying to give you some advise on something I know more about then anyone here. Don't trust that advise, then walk into any rehab hospital and ask what kind of helmets work. Then walk into the morgue and ask which helmets don't work. Since you evidently could care less about my advise I wont post anymore about it. But, I just gotta ask...what kind of gun do you carry? You could go out and spend 100 bucks on a CG. It's made of the same materials. It meets safety standards. But is it the same real life quality as that Glock or Sig?

Surely you don't truly believe that! If you do believe that, then note that I can put a DOT sticker on a plastic war helmet toy, sell it on Ebay as being just as good as xxx.....doesn't mean it's true. Again, take it from someone who's been there and done that, money does equate to better when it comes to safety gear for a bike. Especially helmets! Again, I speak from first hand experience. That's a lot more then what some guy trying to make a quick buck speaks from.

Well, it's still not an opinion. It's what I can do. You saying that I can not tell the difference just by looking is an opinion. But at any rate, carry on, be safe, and take a note from someone who's been there... please don't skimp on lifesaving gear. Your noggin should be worth more then a 20 spot. I'm sure you wouldn't carry a 20 dollar gun....

What opinion? Me being able to tell the difference between a plastic shell and a helmet is not an opinion. As far as there not being any non approved helmets or whatever....all I know is you will not receive your class M with the plastic shells.

I can tell the difference between a plastic shell and a real helmet from a distance....and I wear glasses. Let us know what the judge tells you when you request some CSI scientific testing to be done on a helmet

So, you have a 'brain buster' helmet and wonder how the cop knew it was not a DOT approved? Also, it doesn't really matter if a cop is specifically trained in something, it won't change the fact that you were in wrong in the judge's eyes. Another thing,FWIW, I would be dead today if it wasn't for a DOT approved helmet...

Hardy har har.... Actually there was a billing problem with the last phone I bought from them. Seems someone (not naming names ) forgot to click the little box in the plan options for unlimited net when the phone was ordered online. So, I ended up getting billed per kb on net usage for two months. And my other big bill came from text usuage on a SunCom phone I once had. I racked up 400 bucks(prorated month at that) worth of text on that damn thing. Good thing my cousin managed the local SunCom and was able to write that off as a billing error because there was no way I would have been able to pay that on an 18 yo's wage.

For stations, it's nothing more then a steel cover covering another smaller cap. A simple rain can get water in the gas. Add a huge down pour and standing water...
