Appliances are a bit different. What if the toaster didn't work that was there when he moved in? FWIW, I moved from a house I owned to one I'm renting in Jan. The dishwasher did not work and was not covered in my lease. This was not a problem because I brought my own appliances to his furnished place. When I move out of this place, I will take my appliances with me. I'm happy because I've got a much better and larger fridge, and dishwasher. The owner is happy because he now has a set of spares for his other properties. No lawyers needed. Sometimes it's just easier to handle things yourself, yanno. I wouldn't make a big stink over something like this. Buy a decent used dishwasher, have their maintenance install it, get reimbursed.

It grinds my gears too. Doesn't matter to me what site the link is for...I usually won't click it. I;m just lazy and don't like the occasional virus' that get you from lesser sites\blogs that people post links to.

It's a trick! Actually, the funniest (and sneakiest) police force I've ever seen is in Dalton, GA. Those guys would sit in plain view and take radar. You could see them from a mile away so there's always plenty of time to slow down. But, what you can't see is the cops down the hill that are really taking radar. Once people pass the cop on top of the hill, they would always speed back up thinking they were in the clear.....them bam

Rear end collisions are caused by following to closely. Not from cameras. Besides, a rear end collision is much safer then two cars hitting head on at full speed because one ran a light...
