I'm going to cover my head and wince after I ask this...
strickj replied to a topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
I'm not sure why this is turning onto a gay thread. But I'll play along.. I don't know of any "extra" rights that gays want. They just want the same rights and freedoms as the rest of us do. Of coarse, the religious folks take this as an infringement on their rights. -
I care. Herons are about the only birds that I care to watch.

Justice Dept. wants easy access to your email.

I would be willing to compromise just to help them out. I really would! I will send them all of my Viagra and African millionaire emails without delay! -
I watched it live on TUFF TV(WDEF's second channel). It was amazing from my view. Can only imagine the emotion of actually being there. NCPD did a beautiful job with the riderless horse procession. Also gotta throw props to surrounding PDs for stepping up to patrol Chattanooga Thursday. Thanks, guys

Man, that thing is ugly! Like Hi Point ugly. That said, I WANT one! Is that the oh-so-rare 500BP?

Eliminate oil speculation, Mr. Obama. That will solve the problem. Oh.... that would be too simple and wouldn't conform with your green push...

He probably wanted to shoot with me because of my ongoing relationship with Kourtney K. Nope, not once. In all honesty, he seems like a good guy. NO! mmmblehhh...

It was just brought to my attention that an actor I shot a few weeks ago is Kim Kardashian's stalker He has been in several movies, such as Van Wilder 3, which made me wonder why he would come to little ole' Chattanooga with such success in California, but I never bothered to ask him why he decided move. Kinda glad that I didn't... it might have been a bit awkward... The shooter is reported as being in a coma. Read here for the time line of events. 4/3/2011 - Police Say Colorado Parolee Jesse Mathews Fired Shot That Killed Sgt. Chapin, Injured Officer Johnston - Breaking News - Chattanoogan.com Recalled twice, actually. He has a good attorney and the city council in his pocket.

Sgt. James Timothy Chapin is the brave officer that died. The "suspect" was shot and is being treated at a hospital. I wonder what the "mayor's" response to this will be.

Cracker Barrel - No Open Carry
strickj replied to Oh Shoot's topic in Handgun Carry and Self Defense

I OC because it makes my dick look bigger. What's it to ya? -
I've never tried one so I don't know if they work or not. What I do know is that there are a **** load of unconventional "medical" devices on the market that work very well. Everything from funky lights and lasers, needles (acupuncture), tens units, and even other magnetic devices. These devices, though nontraditional and used much less often, have been on the market for many years and have been proven to work in independent tests and even prescribed by doctors. Even these magnetic bracelets have been on the market for many years. You'd think that they wouldn't have lasted this ling if they were indeed a modern day "snake oil".

I like cheap knives, beef jerky and people watching. I hate having every Tom, Dick and Hairy hassle me in attempts to buy the gun(s) that I just bought from the table that they're scouting for... for a fouth of the price I paid, nonetheless.

? about the illegal alien situation
strickj replied to Links2k's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
The question posed has been asked by every generation of American. The only thing different is the immigrant group in which the question is posed. Good thing the American Indian didn't see things that way, eh... -
Me no likey I like Tom so I hope he has not been replaced. I also hope that they do not continue with the new scripts. If I want to see tacticool, I'll watch that youtube guy.

Actually, it's the complete opposite. Guys that have been around guns longer then most of us here on the gun boards have been alive, call them clips. Only on the internet will you find such snobs that insist on calling them magazines and ostracizing those that call them clips. They do this in order to look like they know what they're doing... but it only shows how big of a douche they really are. No one, no where, does this with anything else. Car guys do not do this with "tire" and "wheel". If I say to a mechanic "my wheel has a nail in it"... then the mechanic knows what I'm talking about and is not going to show me a pictorial of the differences between a wheel and a tire. Why? Because I would punch him in the throat for being a ****ing douche.

17 miles which is surprising. I thought it would have been further since it's a good hours drive from the house...if I don't catch any traffic -
I agree with you on everything you said except for the solution. I absolutely hate them being here, draining the system, never paying back into the system, and sending their money "back home". Spending millions upon millions of dollars to build a fence will not solve any of these problems. At least taxing them will solve all but the last (sending their money "home").

My thoughts as I read the article: Wow! Good for her... Wow! She's cute... Wow! She's half his age... Wow! He make's that kind of money studying trees...
