  1. Damn. I thought this was the other thread. Guess that's what happens when you're too lazy to thumb the screen up to read thread titles You are right. Back to the op...
  2. Switched to the standard editor and it works fine.
  3. I'm not blatantly wrong. I mixed up who said sidewalk. Doesn't matter, though. She was still on the sidewalk and the cop still had the authority to tell her to move.
  4. She was not in her yard. That was an additive by the media (or maybe Good afterwards). Watch the video. You can clearly see that she is not in her yard and she, herself, even says that she's on the sidewalk.
  5. Yes, it's a myth. Gun control was around well before the black panthers. The NFA of 1934 predates that by a few years, no? And that was not about race. Again, weapon control has been around since the invention of weapons. Hell, gun control was one of the reasons our ancestors founded this country.
  6. That's just an untrue myth. Gun and weapon control was around long before slaves were used in this country. Yes, there were some laws enacted because of race but the key word is"some". Weapon control has always been about fear and control. Not race.
  7. That's f'ed up. Seems Good was recently arrested at a foreclosure protest in her neighborhood. I'd say that all of this added together is the reason for the harassment. They're trying to nix the troublemakers. I'm not justifying the actions, now, just saying that's my opinion of why they're doing it.
  8. Yes, all Chattanooga parks are off limits
  9. The reply boxes are not clickable when trying to post on the phone. The title box and the trackback box are both clickable. It's just the reply boxes (quick and advanced).
  10. That will make scratching your balls tricky...
  11. I didn't see anything in the article that said she was arrested for filming. She would have been arrested whether she was filming or not. Either you misheard or he was wrong. By that definition, anyone with a cell phone is the press and that is just not so. Anything captured on a device, such as video or audio, is protected by the first amendment when used by, or in the press. That means that the government cannot stop or impede the publishing of such. That does not make anyone holding a video recorder or a phone "the press". It also doesn't make anyone holding such device, press or not, above the law. Meaning, you cannot disobey the law simply because the content in your camera, and what you do with that content, is a protected right, no more then I can disobey the law because my gun is a protected right.
  12. Use spell checker. Theres a link to one on the top right of the post box thingie... and firefox has one built right into their browser. The one built into firefox works on any website.
  13. Why are you using Word?

  15. You are terribly misguided. While the constitution does not make mention of a "DoW", it also does not give the president the power to activate the military, in any way, shape or form. It only gives congress that power and it only gives the president the power to control them once activated as " commander and chief". People tend to confuse, and just not understand, what a DoW is and what congressional approval is. A DoW is a type of war. Authorization to take a balls to the wall approach, if you will. A no holds bared war. That's why only a few have ever been issued. That's completely different then congressional approval. Congressional approval is nothing more then congress activating the military, approving the president's request for military activation, and/or setting limits on military actions with funding. As far as other military "conflicts" are concerned, all have received congressional approval. Either prior to the action or afterwards (when congress is not in session or there's no time to wait) Read here for the exact wordings of the constitution as well as an explanation law2.umkc.edu/faculty/projects/ftrials/conlaw/warandtreaty.htm
  16. The WPA defined timeline is up and Obama's report is out. Seems he does not feel that air strikes and UAV strikes is a military action or an act of war. Central Florida Future From the link: "In a later report by the Times, published online Friday evening, the president reportedly "rejected the views of top lawyers at the Pentagon and the Justice Department" and adopted the legal analysis of senior members of his own legal team, instead. The Obama administration has set precedent by declaring an ongoing high-tech military strike involving remote-controlled weapons does not constitute actual warfare. The operator of a Predator drone, comfortably seated in a swivel chair while killing targets on a computer screen, may agree, but people on the ground in Tripoli, in the midst of daily bombardments, likely beg to differ. 18. Lester, first pardon me for not quoting... quoting such a large post is irritating via 3 inch screen. I also didn't mean to sound like a jackass, if it came across like that. I'm just a smart alec sometimes To answer your wife question, no, I wouldn't trust her. A wife being untruthful to a husband to cover up extra-martial coidus, as Sheldon would say, is a bit different then her lying to her friends, coworkers, or employers about it. That's because the personal and private issues of the wife affects her husband. A wife lying to friends or coworkers about the matter is to prevent an embarrassing and awkward situation. That would not make her a bad friend or an untrusted employee. If Wiener **** his pants and lied about it, would that make him an unfit politician?
  19. Oh my! He lied to cover up an embarrassin and totally private/personal thing? I tell people that I have never texted wiener pics of me to chicks, too. does my concealing such personal things make me a bad person? Does it affect my work? Does it make me untruthful? No. Let he who hath not lied (to conceal embarrassing issues) cast the first stone...
  20. Just googled to see what you're seeing. Seems she did do a porn or 2. She does some nude modeling and figured that was what was being tagged as porn by the media. Had no idea that she did that. Anyhoo... back to wiener's wiener now... I'm really disappointed that he caved and resigned. It's a shame that so many people choose to make such demands regarding a personal issue between a man and his wife. Especially when the president's unconstitutional activity is going unchecked and unnoticed. Just goes to show that americans care more about gossip matters then real issues. It's just like Arnold. No one cared what he did in the governor's office but everyone cares what he did in the bedroom.
  21. She (Ginger Lee) is from the mid tn area and is not a porn star. she is primarily just a run of the mill model. stay tuned... she might just be in zee studio here one day
  22. That's LA for ya. I bet a dollar to a weeble that most of their study group are of questionable nature.

Ah.. Their auto loaders are questionable, depending on who ya ask. Same with customer service. Some love them and carry them daily. Some hate them. I have no experience with either , sans their 1911s (1911s are great). Just never liked the"cheap" feel of them, personally. Their wheel guns I have never had any problems with, nor have heard of any major problems that other manufactures have too. Seems there may be some qc issues with mid 90s models but pre and post mid 90s seem to be all good.
  24. Yeah, I'd say so. You just need to crack the window just enough to create a suction that sucks them out. A "smokers crack" is usually perfect. Works every time
  25. Crank the a/c up on high and crack a window. mosquitos and flies hate the cold air and will be attracted to the warmth
