The American consumer demands low prices. The American worker demands premium wages plus benefits for unskilled labor. One of these things can not exist. I don't see how the government is at fault except for allowing American business to follow supply and demand.

I could stand behind this one. Although they are all useless (you can still be fired for anything or nothing at all), it provides employers an option to retain their property rights by "opting out" by providing safe parking.

The reason this is happening is because someone OC in a SB sometime back. Customer(s) complained and SB responded with a statement that said their stores will follow the carry laws in accordance with the store's area. http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/handgun-carry-self-defense/36648-starbucks-response.html They do not care if people OC in their stores. They do not care about one scared customer. All they care about is money from the masses.

The only time I have ever seen a HCSD car is near the jail or on the interstate. I have never seen one in a neighborhood. I have lived in the Brainerd and East Ridge area most of my life.

Sadly, unless your name is Universal or Paramount, there is absolutely no enforcement. There are a couple of things the IP holder can do. They can send the owner of the site a DMCA takedown notice. Followed by sending the sits' host a DMCA notice. Youtube, Facebook, Flickr and the rest of the big names are well known for removing stolen content and even pulling the plugs on repeat offenders. If that fails, you can always send one to their ISP. I think Comcast is most well known for removing net access to thieves once the complainant proves ownership. All else fails, you can always sue. Seems the best protection right now is making sure all works are registered with US copyright office so if a suit is needed, you can sue for statutory damages and attorney's fees in addition to damages. I'd wager in most cases, the statuary damages and lawyers fees are going to be more then the amount one can prove they actually lost. For me,I make sure all my commercial works are registered simply for the threat value if a client uses past my licensing expiration. I couldn't hire a slugo for that same 35 bucks

People are getting awfully techie for a P&S camera here You might wanna try the Aquarium setting. That should turn your flash off and up your shutter speed and iso to it's max. Or you can try to get within flash range of the players. The flash will freeze the motion and all but eliminate your blur

Options: 1) Buy a new camera 2) Shine a million candle power spotlight on them. 3) Yell "FREEZE" when you get ready to take a pic. Please report results of 2 and 3!
