i shoot right and left handed,single and double handed.i also shoot side ways and with my hg close to my body(arm bent,gun pointed at opisite side) to know how to control that recoil.i figure if i ever have to soot someone,it will be at close range,and at an akward position.

i think it is allowed.i have a friend with a hcp that was carrying to the world of wheels,and he made it back home without incident,but he didnt go around announcing it either!

for ammo i have found that wally-world or sportsmans whse are the cheapst.7 or 8 bucks at both places for 9mm.you may find it a little cheaper online for 1000 rounds of reloads but after you pay the brown man your still cheaper going to WW. the cheapest reloads i found was around $140.00+- for 1000(6.99 per 50)but that weights to much to save any money!

im mechanical inclined so i do it once and i know how to from now-on with out looking at the manual,but there is a lot of people that are not that way!
