Justification for use of force — Exceptions — Immunity from civil liability. — (a) (1) A person who uses force as permitted in §§ 39-11-611 — 39-11-614 or § 29-34-201, is justified in using such force and is immune from civil liability for the use of such force, unless: (A) The person against whom force was used is a law enforcement officer, as defined in § 39-11-106 who: (i) Was acting in the performance of the officer's official duties; and (ii) Identified the officer in accordance with any applicable law; or (iii) The person using force knew or reasonably should have known that the person was a law enforcement officer; or ( The force used by the person resulted in property damage to or the death or injury of an innocent bystander or other person against whom the force used was not justified.   14. never been there myself but have delt with places like this is described.its not like going to wallyworld with dust free shelfs and people willing to drop everything to help customers looking for stuff.i personally like these type places.there is an old hardware store here like this.older employes,not one smoke free sign,and could care less if you carry there,because they have more fire-power behind the cash register than i do. wish more of these places was syill around!
  15. i use a 2 ton jack handle for this.i keep it between my drivers side door jam and seat for quick access whil geting in/out of car.its about 2 ft long with a nice nipple on one end and a nice grip on the other.

  21. in vid 1,the guy with the shotgun is pretty useless.he does not remove the safety until the other guy gets off 8 shots.would hate to see that in a real situation

  23. the "left over" files are alot of times shared files.unless you know for sure what you are doing,leave these alone.if you delete a "left over" that is a shared file then what ever it shares a file with will be useless! beware,and let you software do its job!
