There may be a problem if it sits between the seats.I pretty sure you can be charged if such said item if with-in reach of such said person.BUt if she has her HCP I would see no reason why a LEO would say anything

I carry at all my doctors,esp at Erlanger.Never been a problem.I think doctors know us to well(some better then others[instert glove snap here:eek:) to think we are there to cause harm.

:tinfoil:duh,lol I would say put some more rounds through her then.Just get it good and broke in.You can get 100 rounds of bird shot at Wal-Mart for around 15~ bucks.That will be cheaper and easier then sending it back for repair
