  1. Which part is incorrect? Was the Revolutionary war not fought in part to religious freedoms? Was the first thing put in writing something different? Was Jefferson not the "father" of the First Amendment? Did Jefferson not write that letter? Are marriage laws not laws based on religious opinion?
  2. In 1775, our Founders fought and died for religious freedoms. In 1787, the Constitution was signed. The first thing put in writing was to protect those religious freedoms. In 1802, Thomas Jefferson [the father of the First Amendment] wrote: "I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should "make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof," thus building a wall of separation between Church & State." After all this time, seems we are still legislating religious opinion and showing preference of one religion other another or no religion. Seems some could care less about that little war, the Constitution or the core desires of our Founders. Funny thing is, the gun grabbers do the same with the Second Amendment. The really funny thing is, the ones are all for the government legislation their personal religious opinions are the first ones to reference the First Amendment as soon as they fear Sharia law might find it's way into our laws. Go figure.
  3. These threads are completely different! I pray for those that can not see the difference
  4. I'll sure get blasted for this.... but I think pepperoni is a better bacon than bacon. It tastes just as yummy by itself. It tastes just as yummy on anything bacon is good on. [try it in your eggs sometime!] But the advantage pepperoni has over bacon, you say? It can be eaten after sitting out in the sun for weeks and can even be eaten frozen. INFIDEL!
  5. There are vast differences between them. One contains corn. The other nuts. If you post quotes of O saying that he will not go after guns, people will say "look at his history!". They will not say the same thing about Romney, Go figure.
  6. City of Chattanooga paid nearly a 100 grand to the Ochs Center for a gang study. Their preliminary report was released today. their findings? - Gangs do not always recruit children. Sometimes children want to enter the gangs. - Gangs affect schools and the amount of learning in schools. No ####! Who'd thunk! Ochs center is owned by senator Andy Berke BTW. His wife is leading the study.
  7. Pfft... Screw evolution. I upgraded mine to titanium, And again in ~19th century. Stone age to interactive plastic in no time flat.
  8. A Mag Baby. Perfect accessory for every range bag. Just don't drop'em off the shooting bench or you'll end up with HK style mags.
  9. Does that mean that God did not create the pineapple? Sounds like he created beer cans though.
  10. Bea's is in the same bucket as Kim Kardashidian, Totino's Pizza, and the Mc Rib. They're famous for being famous, taste like #### but seem to make a lot of money.
  11. ... If you like eating with 10 sweaty strangers with questionable hygiene and no elbow room. Truly a place that's popular because it's popular. Kinda like Snookie.... and about as greasy, too
  12. Zero tolerance is nothing but an excuse schools' use to keep from doing their jobs. But it was brought on by parents that do not want schools disciplining their children. Zero tolerance sounded like a good solution to the no discipline problem. the results, though, are what we see here. Expelling kids - which can and will affect their future- for BS reasons. I'm truly amazed that people have let zero tolerance go on for this long
  13. Seems they're also doing away with Jessica Simpson's portrayal of Daisy. They stated they did not want to offend any cows.
  14. Nice looking facility. Looks like a mall and an airport had a love child. Is there still a 2 to 1 female to male ratio there?
  15. I've done that. Those duel racquet bags make for great incognito range bags. Some folks suggest guitar cases but I gotta think a crook would snatch a guitar case just as quickly as a gun bag. A guitar worth a few hundred bucks will sell just as quickly at a pawn shop. Figure no one would look twice at a bag "full of stanky gym clothes" though
  16. Adapt or die applies to gun shops, too. There's one shop in 'Nooga that has adapted to compete with online and large chains. They are thriving. There's several shops in 'Nooga that have gone belly up by not adapting. Personal service does not support high prices, low selection and bar stool sitters these days.
  17. There's a video of the NYPD on perp shooting here How could they miss? Seriously. Perp standing still just a couple feet away. Least it wasn't the tact'd out guys. Gawd knows how many they would have shot. Sheesh...
  18. The guy in the video is not a "gun rights activist". He is a "I get a hard-on for baiting cops and posting videos on the internet activist". There are plenty of videos from these douche bags that are not using firearms. It's just that this guy is using a firearm as a catalyst for the interaction. The simple solution for stopping these douches? Stop feeding their youtube views.
  19. Notice her deadbolt is not damaged.
  20. The US has a long history of admitting folks to asylums based on the appearance of sanity. Up through the '70s even. Far as this guy being arrested goes, there is a little difference between speaking out against government and openly discussing plans for for an armed revolution.
  21. You think the increase in sales is because people are afraid Obama is gonna pull a Hitler on us? Gestapo, concentration camps and all that jazz?
  22. Awesome! My mail order bride has arrived! Though, I would have much preferred airfreight delivery
  23. You watched a green frog jump yesterday. You watched a green frog jump today. Expecting that green frog to suddenly start flying tomorrow is lunacy.
  24. Wait, what? You mean the SSA isn't the gestapo? :hitsfloor:
