I think it depends on the clerk at the TDoS. I have had them take my old DL when renewing,and I have also have them tell me to keep the old one. I'm sure its in their rule book somewhere,and I'm also sure old HCP's and DL's just get a hole punched in them and thrown away...

I had something weird happen yesterday! I clicked on the next page link in a thread using my middle mouse button so the page would already be loaded when I finished the page I was on,and it sent me to TSP.
