No problem with arthritis,but I do have acute back pain from breaking it 3 years ago that tends to bother me while shooting. Not really much I can do other then use some good recoil pads on the long guns,and some couch cushions on the Nagant Pffff.....I use the stuff thats regulated by the state! Sometimes I tink its strong nuff to put down a small horse

I think he said that they are unable to help everyone. Take for instance homeless shelters,They're there to keep families off the streets,but they're just so many to help,and just so few places available that it just can not be done.They must close doors during the day,they must turn folks away,they must implement restrictions on how long one can stay. Its easy to sit back and say that this or that is the way things should be,but in the real world,things just do not workout how they should,or how you,in your humble opinion think they should.
