They said the same thing 4 years ago... After Heller, I honestly do not see anything like that ever happening. If even ever passed, I certainly do not see many, if any, states going along with it after all of the 10th amendment laws (weed and firearm freedom acts). I see Repub 'sitters keeping O from doing anything anti-gun. I fear their guards will be down if Mittens is elected and he'll have a fun go at a gun grab. Especially with so many folks taking him on his "it was a pro-gun legislation" BS.

ETA: Looks like this case is about licensing for retail sale/for profit and will have no bearing on resale/secondhand saLES.
